We arrived shortly after 3 PM and the room wasn't ready until 3:45. So they made us wait and only offered soft drinks and food. Would have preferred a cocktail.

Room was clean, the staff was nice, the beach was beautiful, the pool was well maintained, the spa was very relaxing, and the breakfast buffet was pretty good as well. It was well located close to lots of shops to walk to and the free parking was a bonus for the few times we wanted to explore a little further away.

総じて良かった

객실은 낙후되었지만 위치는 10점 만점에 100점입니다.

中心地なので夜でも近場なら徒歩で出掛けてすぐに部屋へ戻れるのが良かった。 時期的なものかもしれないが、駐車場に困ることはなく快適でした。 部屋は、コンセントを差し直してスイッチを押しても点灯しないライトが1台あり。他にスイッチあったのかもしれませんが。 廊下にウォーターサーバーがあるのは助かりました。 コンシェルジュの人が親切・陽気で良かったです。

スタッフさんの対応とサービスがとてもよかったです！次回もグアムに行った際にはこちらを予約します！

The room was in bad condition, the shower door didn’t sit correctly so the door didn’t shut all the way. The fridge had a leak, the drinks was cold but there was a leak constantly under the fridge. The TVs weren’t working properly when we entered and the window shutter in the dinning room didn’t work for opening nor shutting. The price for the room was too much for the issues in the room and wasn’t worth it.

私どものミスでトラブルがありましたが、スタッフの対応が素晴らしく、大変助かりました。 部屋については、ロケーションは最高でした。清掃等は綺麗でした。お風呂のお湯のトラブルがあり、1日だけ、隣のデュシタニのシャワーをお借りしました。

スタッフの方々も丁寧でプールも海もすぐ行けて最高でした！ プールビーチ共にバスタオルを何枚でも借りれる点もすごくよかった！ また行きたいです！

グアムに行くときは毎回こちらを利用します。 スタッフの対応もよく、安心できます。 今回も気持ちよく過ごすことができました。
