When we were checking in there was dog poop in the lobby where people were checking in. I understand a lot of salt products on the floor giving a dirty unclean appearance. My wife and myself stayed there 4 nights and requested room service to vacuum floors but no one ever showed up. When we arrived there was still food left in fridge from previous occupancy. The breakfast meals were just ok nothing exceptional.

It’s a great location when you have to go to the clinic. But it has no airport shuttle and it cost me almost $100 to get to the hotel.

Great location! The hotel staff were friendly, available, and always helpful.

Bathroom plugs did not work. Toilet paper holder was loose. In room 213. Bed was excellent and so was the shower.

Theybare customer service oriented staff. We got stuck in the snow storm and they manage to attend to our needs. Rooms are clean and spacious.

The hotal was quiet and clean. The lounge area was nice for catching up with colleagues. The parking was very convenient. $20 extra/day but not surprising for a city property. The food options right next to the hotel were nice for a casual sit-down meal or a quick grab. I would stay here again if I needed to be near the University.

The first room we were given was dirty and the bed was unmade (it was nearly 11:00 pm). The front desk staff promptly gave us another, clean room. However, the second room did not have any forks in the room, and we were planning to eat since we arrived late and nothing was open nearby.

The hotel personnel were awesome. The shuttle was extremely slow causing us to be late to our event. Otherwise, it was nice.

Perfect for when visiting Cleveland Clinic.

My stay here at this hotel was pretty cool. They have a bar to grab something to eat or drink. Nice sitting area around the bar and lobby. Rooms were nice and spacious.

We checked in and our room was filthy. There was clumps of hair on the bathroom floor, someone had appeared to try to smoke in the bathroom as there was a washcloth wrapped around the sprinkler head and there was a dead fly on a table. If the room was properly cleaned, none of these things would have been missed. When brought to the attention of the front desk initally, all they did was acknowledge the washcloth and directed us that we could take it down. The next morning when the manager was informed, we were offered $50 off only one night of our stay. The heating unit also was broken and making loud sounds. When the manager was notified of that, he said he would send someone to fix it and no one ever showed. The remote to the TV was also broken and not working correctly. Overall, I will not be coming back.

Difficult leaving the parking garage. I had to call to have the gate opened after checking out. Also at check-in it was very difficult to hear the assosiate due to poor acoustics.

The ladies and housekeepers were amazing. So sweet and kind. I don’t remember names. But just very hospitable, very professional. And welcoming. This is my second time visiting this hotel. And I will continue whenever visiting the city. I’d highly recommend this hotel even over higher end ones.

Staff was very pleasant And helpful. Transportation to hospital eased the anxiety of trying to find where to go and it was door to door service Room was clean and comfortable Enjoyed happy out at the bar in the evening Will return for multiple stays

Clean, bartender so nice, but wait for bar food was crazy and not busy.

I didn’t like how parking was not included in the stay and it wasn’t listed online either. But other than that I loved the hotel nice and clean

I will never book withhotels.com again. The hotel I booked was filthy. I immediately was moved to a different room on a different floor only to encounter the same filth. Hairs in and on the bed, crumbs on the nightstand, fecal stains in the toilet. I immediately got my luggage and departed.No one should have to pay for such dirty conditions.

Very close to Cleveland Clinic! The room we had was small but still worked well for us because of the kitchen area that we needed.
