The manager was so friendly and helpful. We are looking forward to returning soon and are going to host my daughter’s bridal getaway for the girls there.

Friendly staff, lots of parking, clean and big rooms, amenities are cherry on top.

Beautiful place, well maintained, suites are unbelievable, the lake are is amazing, highly recommended!

Rude staff. Kept knocking on my door before checkout time asking when i would be leaving.

The pool was not watm enough for the weather. Although i understand that we were swimming during the last week of the season, the pool walls and hot tub were covered in green algae. It was as if the pool cleaner just gave up! :(

Beautiful area with views everywhere! Our room was great, had everything we could need. It was clean, modern and a decent size. Service was friendly enough.

Great place for a quiet stay by the muskoka lake. No dining options inhouse, the restaurant was closed for private event. No Breakfast option.

Lake views are obstructed by wild shrubbery that hasn’t been maintained.

The room carpet was dirty and stained, found two cigarette butts on the deck floor, sign says $100 fine, The room walls needed cleaning. No breakfast served at resort. Check in was easy. Resort needs some updates noticed many issues that need to be repaired. Coffee in room but no tea bags, No vending machines if you need snacks The room views were spectacular,

Loved the 2 bedroom lakeview unit. Restaurant food was good . We would have liked them to open for breakfast.

My booked "superior room" was nothing but a king sized bed. The patio was shared by others and my deck chairs were being "borrowed" by the people on both sides . I asked reception for a room change and waited for the manager. I assumed since I am a gold Expedia member that he would certainly would switch me rooms. Instead, I was told that "We don't do that here, just because you don't like your room, we don't move you" Long story short, I was moved and enjoyed my 3 night stay. Maybe a refresher course in customer service is in order.

No breakfast

I booked a superior room and it ended up being a king sized bed with a patio that was shared by the people on both sides of me. My chairs were being "borrowed" I went back to reception and asked for a room change, waited for the manager and was told "we don't change rooms just because you don't like it" I explained that i was a gold member of expedia and expected more. He said "We dont do that here" Long story short, I was eventually moved and totally enjoyed our 3 night stay. But, I will suggest that a customer service refresher course may be needed by management (you know who you are)

Friendly staff upon arrival we received an upgrade to a 2 bedroom suite. Unfortunately the apartment was full of dust ceiling fans were caked with dust. Water from faucets were yellow from the jacuzzi to the bathup. While the shower was on the washroom sink faucet had yellow water coming out. Could not use the washer and dryer to this problem. AC stopped working went down to reception to let the know. Maintenance came up to reset the valve. Once he opened the panel the filter was full of dust. The filter looked like it hadn’t been changed in years. Beautiful grounds and great view but not for allergy sufferers or for those don’t like a dirty apartment.

The resort has good bones, but lots of little details are missed. Carpets in our room were dirty. Trees need to be pruned at the pool so the infinity pool has a lake view as it was intended. Dock bar was closed and looked like it hadn’t operated in a while. Stream room was broken. Lots of warped boards, peeling millwork, rotting wood planks, and other finer touches.

The restaurant was low quality at a high price.

Everything was great. Cant wait to go back again. The only thing i didnt like was they didnt give us bracelets and we thought we couldnt enter certain areas. But when we checked out we asked how do we get bracelets they said “ oh sorry u didnt get them at check in”

The unit was very clean and included all kitchen and bath essentials. We were on the water and a very short walk to the pool. The grill for dinner was exceptional and the atmosphere outside was relaxing

Very nice property, that seems lime it has been left with no maintenance for a while. Swimming deck was the best part of the property. There was no staff around, except jn the lobby. Half of the lights either were never turned on or wernt working. So it felt very dark. Its so close to being a really great spot. Just needs better on site managment to keep up on the facility.
