SOGGIORNO DISCRETO

Chambre exiguë... Matelas du lit complètement creusé, climatisation extrêmement bruyante et isolation phonique inexistante dans l'hôtel... Heureusement que nous n'avons passé qu'une seule nuit car nous avons très mal dormi.

Gli Hotel in Liguria hanno un rapporto qualità / prezzo davvero disastroso in generale. Quindi la mia valutazione è influenzata molto dal prezzo pagato. Troppo elevato per la qualità dei servizi offerti. Credo che sia un problema generale delle località costiere liguri rispetto a tanti altri posti sia in Italia che all'estero. Nel complesso ho trovato la pulizia discreta, sicuramente con ampi margini di miglioramento ma la situazione non era disastrosa. Abbastanza fornita la colazione e anche economica. Camere e bagni molto piccoli. L'aria condizionata non era funzionante. Molto bella la piscina direttamente sulla spiaggia.

Medelklasshotell med superbra service. All personal är vänlig och hjälpsam. Ligger direkt vid strandenpromenaden med egen pool och strand. Bra frukostbuffé. Gratis parkering ca 600meter från hotellet. Det vi kan anmärka på: 27 euro för två solsängar var i överkant. Lyhört! Du hör allt som händer i korridoren.

Lamentablemente, mi estancia en este hotel no fue buena. El desayuno fue muy básico y de baja calidad, con pocas opciones frescas. La piscina no la incluye se paga separado. La habitación no es realmente como se ve en las fotos, la limpieza estaba OK, el Toilette se mueve, realmente ese hotel necesita renovación. Lo peor fue el aire acondicionado, que hacía mucho ruido durante toda la noche y dificultó el descanso y también se escuchaba Ruido de todo. No volvería a hospedarme aquí, creo que hay mejores opciones por el mismo precio o por menos.

Great location with fabulous sea view. Family rooms are small but does the job. Good value for price.

Das Zimmer im 3. Stock wahr OK, aber das WC und die Dusche ist so eng, das kein normales Duschen ohne kleben am Duschvorhang und ein normales sitzten auf dem WC möglich wahr. Das Frühstück war Super mit einer sehr grossen Auswahl. Das Personal wahr hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich.

Ottima posizione.

Had a fantastic experience at Hotel Mayola. The staff is friendly and really kind, they made us feel right at home. The breakfast had good variety from focaccias, to scramble eggs, cakes, fruit salads, and everything both an Italian and a British or American person would eat. Room was cleaned everyday to a high standard, the view from the balcony was fantastic and the hotel itself is literally 2 steps from the beach. They also have a sea water pool between the hotel and the beach which makes the experience extra special in days where the sea might be a bit too wavy. San Bartolomeo al Mare is a quiet and chill town, which is exactly what we needed. Everything is near by, lots of restaurants right next to the hotel as well as gelaterias, little grocery store and roughly 15 mins walk from the town of Cervo. Overall a great experience and I will be definitely coming back next year to Hotel Mayola. Great place, great location and very friendly staff. A special thanks to Anna, Nicola and all the rest of the staff for making us feel welcome and enhancing our relaxing experience.

Alles OK, gutes 3* Hotel

La camera che doveva essere doppia aveva due letti singoli, il bagno veramente minuscolo e neanche il frigobar attrezzato! Invece faccio i complimenti sia alla titolare, in quanto ci ha gentilmente omaggiato di 2 lettini nella loro spiaggia anche se non era tenuta a farlo, GRAZIE MILLE, e al personale che ci hanno prontamente aiutato nel problema Adria condizionata! Grazie! Peccato che vicino a noi nelle stanze c’erano famiglie con bambini molto maleducati (di più i genitori nel fare casino) e l’insonorizzazione delle camere è inesistente! Peccato!

Une catastrophe! Les horaires de petit déjeuner donnés la veille ne sont pas les bons, le depart est à 10h pile, 1minute de plus et on vous demande une compensation, propreté limite. Aucune amabilité du personnel. NE PRENEZ PAS CET HOTEL

Prima lokatie, eenvoudige voorzieningen Erg gehorig( maar snachts wel rustig)

Séjour convenable pour le prix. Déçue de devoir payer 20 ou 25€ pour profiter de la piscine ou simplement la mer. Veuillez réserver la piscine ou votre place à la plage en début de séjour car durant peu de disponibilité voir pas du tout. Chien soit disant accepté ….mais qu’en chambre, pas au petit déjeuner ou autres repas et 3 places seulement au bord de l’eau . Le personnel de nettoyage est adorable, au service restaurant le responsable et les employés sont très agréable, ce n’est pas le cas de l’accueil ….

Troppo cara non lo vale.

Nous connaissons bien l'hôtel Mayola et ne sommes jamais déçues à chaque séjour Propreté, confort cuisine sont excellents Quant au personnel ,ils sont tous super , disponibles sympathiques. Vraiment nous sommes contentes d'avoir découvert Mayola il y a déjà quelques années. Bravo.

Ufattelig meget støj på værelset dels fra trappen , som virkede som en tragt på støjen forbi værelset som lå på 1 sal , fra gæster på vej op, dels fra reception , kaffebrygning , dække bord mm. Ude fra støj fra skraldespande der skulle tømmes, fejemaskine mm. Sov max 3-4 timer hver nat :-( Morgenmaden foregik som industri i kælder uden vinduer , ufattelig dårlig akustik som medførte høj larm. Vi havde desværre betalt for 7 nætter , men valgte alligevel at rejse efter 4 . Dyr beslutning men det der måtte til for ikke at spilde mere ferie. Det bedste vi kan sig er at personalet er utrolig flinke. PS svært at finde parkering , selv om du vil betale . Det koster 8 euro pr.dag pr. stol ved pool.
