WiFi None-existent / Bathroom in poor condition/Towels light grey color from white/Deceiving welcome ! on arrival No double bed available as booked on Hotel.com, but two small separate beds with pillows that broke our neck. Suite was available we were told ??? I was traveling with my wife! No bar ! No double key to work ! TV was absolutely useless ! Room phone defective !DO NOT DISTURB Sign unavailable ! At 09h45 , a lady room cleaner without a single knock , entered the room as I shouted " Hey ", she quickly exited !
