At first, when we arrived late at 2.00 AM. The first room we've got has no heater. There's no LED light or sign of working, so the room was freaking cold. We went back to the reception again to change the room. And then everything seemed OK with the warming heater. The room is quite old and a lot if dirts, not well cleaned. So this must be improved. The breakfast is great, variety of choices with good qualities. I'm a Radisson's gold member, that has gold benefits, such as complementary room upgrade, late check-out, free bottle of water in room but I haven't got any benefits from all 2 night-stays. Before we went to Longyearbyen, I sent an e-mail to this hotel for asking about Gold Member benefits and the hotel sent me back with member status noted for benefits. That's why we chose this hotel for one of our vacation stays. Especially check-time is 11.00 am so I've tried to ask for check out at 12.00 am with Gold member guest's benefit because the airport bus will come to pick us at 12.45 but the hotel denied for this request. So I feel very disappointed to choose the Radisson this time. No upgraded room, no late check-out, no any gold benefits at all. Compared with the Radisson Oslo Plaza hotel that we stayed before, this's much better. So please improve the room's qualities and services to get close to Radisson's.

Huoneessa olo kokolattiamatto, joka hieman laskee arvosanaa, sillä se aiheutti tukkoisuutta. Muutoin huone oli siisti. Yleiset tilat olivat viihtyisät ja henkilökunta ystävällistä. Aamupala oli loistava ja monipuolinen. Näköala huoneesta oli upea.

I checked in on Monday, 9 March 2026. The two front desk agents, Therese and Joan were amazing. Both were attentive and made everyone feel welcome. Therese checked me in directly and Joan stopped by to offer conversation as well as a warm welcome. Great start to the stay! The room itself was fine. Clean and we'll attended. The bed wasn't anything spectacular, which you might hope for at this price point. I was out on adventures (snowmobiling, wandering, etc.) so I never had an opportunity to utilize the sauna and jacuzzi. However, I met a couple who had used it and said that it was enjoyable. Breakfast was included and was delicious. I had a burger and drinks at the bar and these were good as well. My only curiosity is they have a beautiful dining room with great views that is only open during breakfast and dinner hours. It closes at 10 am and reopen at 6 pm, so it basically sits empty for 8 hours a day. It would be nice to be able to sit in this space during the day to have a cup of coffee, etc. Seems a bit underutilized. The staff were amazing. Everyone I encountered was attentive and thoughtful. Camila checked me out, as well as offered me a cup of coffee while I wanted for transportation to the airport. The location is stunning as well (walking distance to the high street as well as the sea). Highly recommended. I cannot wait to return!

Gran hotel, habitación comoda, límpia y silenciosa. Desyuno con gran vista desde el restaurante. Todo el personal de recepción, restaurante y el pub es super amable. Gracias Gina, Facu, Gastón, Camilla, Kseniia y Teresa!

Taking into account where you are 500 miles from the North Pole! This is a Excellent hotel! Location excellent , Breakfast excellent choice & breakfast Room views , Pub food on site excellent pizzas only gripe Plant based burger had No burger and was just salad in a bun?? I tried to explain a plant based burger means with a McCartney or Beyond burger included? But they didn’t get it? Superior rooms are best views of snow capped Mountains Hot Tubs & Sauna lovely (small fee for use)

The room was dated, in need of refurbishment. However, the bed was extremely comfortable and also the bedding is lovely. Breakfast top quality, something for everyone, so much to choose from including smoked salmon, fresh fruit, gluten free, nondairy.

Hotel confortável. Mas bastante impessoal. Meu quarto, muito bom, ficava num anexo, cerca de 20 metros, o que ficou desconfortável porque o cafe da manha era no predio principal. Com o inverno rigido, necessario se vestir completamente pra tomar cafe da manha. Anunciam que tem spa ( cobrado adicional), mas nunca tem lugar. Somente 8 pessoas na sauna, com horario marcado, e a jacuzzi tambem. Tudo lotado. Tentei agendar na hora do check in. Nao tinha vaga e o spa nao abre na segund-feira, que seria o meu dia livre de atividades. Desapontamento.
