The room we had was absolutely disgusting, food in between the couch cracks, stains on the floors, couldn’t close the bathroom doors, the water pressure in the shower was absolutely horrible. Elevators took approx 15 min to go up and down. For the price you pay per night we were extremely disappointed with our stay. Definitely would not recommend this

The location is fantastic, steps away from CN Tower and many restaurants. Check-in instruction is clear. You just pick up & drop off the key at the front desk, very convenient. Host / management is very responsive. The apartment is as shown in the listing. It is clean and comfortable. Though, it does need TLC. Bathroom and closet doors are hard to close as the hinges are loose. A parking fob would be nice so we don’t have to ask front desk to open the garage door every time. Other than that, we had a great stay!

Make it clear that this is not a hotel. Didn’t do the pre arrival stuff. Yes if I read the email that was sent I would have done the steps. Just thought it was a welcome email from a hotel and didn’t really read it.

Great location.

Overall a great location and clean living space. Some damage in condo that was not repaired which should be addressed prior to renting out. But the convenience and security of building was great. I’d come back for sure.

We had a Great time with our stay in this room. The rooftop pool was absolutely amazing! We went to Toronto to watch a weekend series of the Blue Jays and we could literally walk out of our building and the Rogers Center was directly across the street. We could see the Dome and C&N Tower right from our balcony. It was amazing. I will 100% be staying here during our next trip to Toronto (hopefully to be watching the Jays in this seasons playoffs)..

We liked that you are so close to everything in downtown Toronto. You are just minutes away fro from everything. The only complaint I have is the condo wasn't ready for us when we arrived at 7:00pm and check out time would have been 11:00 am I believe ther was a misunderstanding in the chec out time from tje previous occupants, we had to wait a couple of hours for it to be cleaned other than that it was a great place to stay and we had a great trip.

Enjoyed my stay very much, would love to stay again, however I checked out over a week ago and still have not received my security deposit back, I’ve tried responding to every email I received and no communication, nothing

It is amazing our hotel room overlooking the CN tower and actually just across the street. Overall our stay is great and is close with everything😀

Elevators weee either slow or didn’t work. No local TV no shampoo, soap or conditioner packets.

We loved the location!! Walking distance to so many things we wanted to do. Lots of great eating spots close by. The unit definitely needs some attention. Towel racks falling off the wall, very little cutlery, towels needed replacing, pillows definitely need replacing, shower heads have very little flow and should be fixed or replaced. Overall needs some attention of personal use items. Decorated nicely. Living area was comfortable. Our group was 3 adults and we felt that was max number comfortably.

Amazing view and accessibility to Rogers Centre.

Overall the property was fine and the communication with the owner was excellent. The layout and location were exactly what we were looking for. The condition of the property was sub par with a number of unmaintained items, ie. shower head in ensuite, towel racks throughout, no hangers in closets, front closet door broken. Lack of instruction on TV operation, amenities and checkout was missing. Main issue was cleanliness - Whoever is doing the cleaning should be fired. All the things were done but not done well. dirt in every corner, fingernails on night stand, blood splatter on the wall in small bedroom, every 2nd dish had something on it and clearly there was no dusting done in some time.

Great location

Had an amazing time here. It was close to literally everything you need and any event in Toronto. Host was very communicative as we wanted early check in. Was in the unit my noon which was awesome. Parking was easy. Beds very comfy. Had 3 couples go and housed us amazingly!

The only downfall was a fire alarm @ 1am, without that, it would have been amazing

Property as advertised. Only issue was temperature. Too hot and could not seem to get the thermostat to lower

Property was a little tired looking. Rental company hadn’t confirmed my stay with building security so couldn’t access until I had phoned them and they then sent email to allow me keys WiFi was down tried to contact letting company 2 or 3 times could never get response On the positive it was good value for money and convenient downtown location. I would stay there again hopefully with WiFi
