The staff and workers were all very friendly and helpful. The resort was beautiful and clean. We did all inclusive and were happy with it; all the food, drinks, and watersports were included. We enjoyed our stay.

The property has a great beach and pool area. Staff are gracious and helpful. The rooms are a bit tired, but kept clean. An ATM in the resort would have been extremely helpful. Also the restaurants had limited menus. With that said, the location, staff and beach area make this a wonderful resort.

We just returned from an unforgettable stay at Windjammer Landing, this resort completely exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with cold towels, welcome drinks, and warm hospitality. Our luggage was taken care of right away, and we didn’t lift a finger all week. Yes, St. Lucia has steep roads, bugs, and tropical rain, which is all part of the charm. The shuttles were always quick and safe, and the drivers couldn’t have been more helpful. The beach was beautiful (a little seagrass is totally normal), and our beach server, made every day feel special. We also loved the free water sports — snorkeling, kayaking, tubing, you name it. The 80-minute massage at the spa was incredible, and they even surprised me with a birthday treat afterward. On our day sail excursion, the crew celebrated with a bottle of champagne — it was such a fun day of mud baths, waterfalls, and sailing. Food across the resort was consistently great, and we loved the live music each night. The Caribbean night with fire dancers and stilt walkers was especially fun. If you’re after island charm, amazing views, and kind people, this is your place. Special shoutout to Adien, our amazing bellman. Renovations were happening during our stay but didn’t affect us at all. They are actually closing the whole month of August for even more renovations. We’re already dreaming about coming back. Windjammer was pure magic, highly recommend!!!!

Absolutely loved the Windjammer Landing: excellent service, food, accommodations, experiences. Cannot wait to go back!

Beautifil villa, ressort and beach area!

This property is absolutely GORGEOUS! ! The staff was amazing ( thank you Krystel, Tadius, Adrian,Lisa and Sharmah) from management, the ambassadors, front desk- waiters and waitresses, beach attendants, and ALL the shuttle service operators. They all had a smile on their faces and always speaking in such a positive tone which made us feel very special, especially for my mom.. This was my mother‘s 80th birthday celebration, and it couldn’t have been any better! The staff at every restaurant sang happy birthday including the shuttle operators, which was absolutely amazing which put a smile on our faces! The only complaint that I have is that I feltl that the prices for dining options were way overpriced. I also felt that the restaurants didn’t have an extensive menu to choose from and the “Upper Deck“ restaurant was disappointing in regarding to portions. I thought it was for a child..thats how small the portions were and the prices like I said were outrageous. Other restaurants on the property…the portions were somewhat reasonable, but not as much as you would like it to be. So that’s the main complaint was the dining , the smaller than usual portions and of course the extremely high prices if you were not on the all inclusive plan. However, I will recommend this property for couples, groups, families or solo travelers. This is my go to resort when I come back to visit St. Lucia!

Amazing, kiddie pools for kids, babysitting services, breakfast included, great location. Loved my stay. . The workers were so sweet .

The front desk staff were amazing. Very accommodating, from Thardius at reception to Rotania the ambassador and Richard the supervisor. Wow. Special shout out to the one and only Crestal amazing and superb attention to detail and customer service will return mainly because of her care and consideration.

Beautiful property. Beach staff were amazing. Our housekeeper was also very accommodating. The steak house on the property was excellent. Very quiet and relaxing resort.

The property needed a little work done. I think it was the time of the season when things would start getting cleaned up and repaired.

We stayed in 2 different properties while in St Lucia... Windjammer Landing & another (supposed to be ultra luxury) resort. Wow — Windjammer spoiled us with such great service, outstanding food, a beautiful villa and incomparable views! Now we can’t help but compare everything to Windjammer Landing -(Windjammer is everything the current resort is not; Windjammer is personal & tasteful, clean, service oriented) Frankly we wish we were still there now. Thank you for a wonderful experience at Windjammer Landings … we will be back.

Windjammer is amazing. Everything here is fantastic from the moment we arrived at the airport, where Windjammer has transportation waiting for us. The service has been outstanding in every way. I don't say that lightly. Every staff member anticipates your every need and happy to help truly with a genuine smile and pleasant attitude. The food is delicious with plenty of options. The pool is so clean and inviting- chairs impeccably set up with towels awaiting. Once you sit down, the attendants happily bring over a glass if ice water which they constantly refill throughout the day. No searching for service at the pool or beach. Again, the staff is clearly eager to make your vacation as relaxing as possible. We stayed in a hotel type room the first nightvwhich was immaculate but small- Quite lovely though with older architecture and comfortably furnished. We moved to our two bedroom villa the next day for a week which like almost new. Again immaculate with comfortable, clean, inviting decor. I highly recommend Windjammer.

Amazing hotel, upgraded our room to our preferred suite. Wonderful staff, super friendly. Very clean. Food phenomenal. Gorgeous grounds. Well maintained. Absolutely love!

Great room and good layout for the resort. Nice beach and the free water sports were good. Food was generally good but sometimes hard to get a booking at a suitable time and service sometimes slow. Breakfast buffet was inadequate for size of resort - often ran out of things, slow to seat you. We all came down with Norovirus which was not appreciated.

Absolutely beautiful, staff amazing

We had an amazing honeymoon. Rohan from the ambassador desk reached out when he found out it was our honeymoon and took great care of us. He upgraded our room and checked on us frequently. He also sent us sushi and wine multiple nights to have while we watched the sunset on our upgraded villa patio. The food was great and it was such an awesome week. We hope to be back! Give Rohan a raise.
