Windjammer Landing Villa Beach Resort

Beautiful property. Beach staff were amazing. Our housekeeper was also very accommodating. The steak house on the property was excellent. Very quiet and relaxing resort.

The property needed a little work done. I think it was the time of the season when things would start getting cleaned up and repaired.

We stayed in 2 different properties while in St Lucia... Windjammer Landing & another (supposed to be ultra luxury) resort. Wow — Windjammer spoiled us with such great service, outstanding food, a beautiful villa and incomparable views! Now we can’t help but compare everything to Windjammer Landing -(Windjammer is everything the current resort is not; Windjammer is personal & tasteful, clean, service oriented) Frankly we wish we were still there now. Thank you for a wonderful experience at Windjammer Landings … we will be back.

Windjammer is amazing. Everything here is fantastic from the moment we arrived at the airport, where Windjammer has transportation waiting for us. The service has been outstanding in every way. I don't say that lightly. Every staff member anticipates your every need and happy to help truly with a genuine smile and pleasant attitude. The food is delicious with plenty of options. The pool is so clean and inviting- chairs impeccably set up with towels awaiting. Once you sit down, the attendants happily bring over a glass if ice water which they constantly refill throughout the day. No searching for service at the pool or beach. Again, the staff is clearly eager to make your vacation as relaxing as possible. We stayed in a hotel type room the first nightvwhich was immaculate but small- Quite lovely though with older architecture and comfortably furnished. We moved to our two bedroom villa the next day for a week which like almost new. Again immaculate with comfortable, clean, inviting decor. I highly recommend Windjammer.

Amazing hotel, upgraded our room to our preferred suite. Wonderful staff, super friendly. Very clean. Food phenomenal. Gorgeous grounds. Well maintained. Absolutely love!

Great room and good layout for the resort. Nice beach and the free water sports were good. Food was generally good but sometimes hard to get a booking at a suitable time and service sometimes slow. Breakfast buffet was inadequate for size of resort - often ran out of things, slow to seat you. We all came down with Norovirus which was not appreciated.

Absolutely beautiful, staff amazing

We had an amazing honeymoon. Rohan from the ambassador desk reached out when he found out it was our honeymoon and took great care of us. He upgraded our room and checked on us frequently. He also sent us sushi and wine multiple nights to have while we watched the sunset on our upgraded villa patio. The food was great and it was such an awesome week. We hope to be back! Give Rohan a raise.

My husband and I stayed at Windjammer 2/21/25-3/1/25. The property was beautiful, the beach was immaculate, and the staff was so helpful and friendly! Rotania and Dee went above and beyond to find us a beautiful room. Kurston made sure we had our favorite spot on the beach every day, and Zedan was a fantastic bartender! The shuttle drivers, housekeepers and wait staff were wonderful! A few servers who stood out - Sunil, Jason, Lenton, Amelia, Haig, and Justina. We've stayed at lots of great all-inclusive resorts, but this resort was in a league of its own. Thanks so much!! Jerry and Christina Smith

For the price of the hotel, I was shocked at how poor the overall experance was. There were a few staff members who were incredible, such as Travis who works the beach. He was absolutely incredible! Everyday he approached you with a smile and a willingness to go the extra mile. The vast majority of the staff, especially in the restaurants made you feel unwelcome. Speaking of restaurants, with the exception of Papa Don's the restaurants were terrible. By the end of our trip we were only eating at Papa Don's for supper and eating cereal in our room that we had perched from the store. To give you an idea of the restaurants and staff, the last morning we ate breakfast at the hotels restaurant we saw the chef at the crepe station drop the ladel he was using to spoon batter out of the bowl on the floor. The duchess manor villa was amazing! The pool was just right and the view was spectacular!

Our family of 4 (including 2 young teenage boys) had a wonderful Spring Break at Windjammer Landing! The resort grounds (including pools and beach) are beautiful and well maintained, our villa was great, the staff are very friendly and attentive, there are many activities to keep everyone entertained, and the restaurants are varied with average but well-prepared food (albeit at high resort prices). We would have liked the opportunity to do some laundry during the week without having to pay a significant per item cost, so we passed on that service. All-in-all, we definitely recommend Windjammer if you’re looking for a wonderful family vacation in St Lucia!

Beautiful location; Wonderful Staff; Horrible Access to the Resort from the airport via a nauseating car ride for 90 minutes; food poisoning rampant; food prep and ops issue; half of our group of 20 got sick. HALF!

Utter disappointment in nearly every category. I’d encourage you to read trip advisor reviews asap and consider cancelling your trip. We would have had we read them prior to leaving. There is a serious public health concern on the resort for months, that hasn’t been taken care of and they aren’t communicating. Every single family we spoke with had 1-2 people get sick during their stay- including my husband. The resort claims it’s the norovirus which doesn’t match any of the patterns people were experiencing. Then they claimed that hand sanitizer was placed everywhere to help but if you read the literature- and if the illness was indeed norovirus- this wouldn’t not help. The overall accommodations were mediocre at best. We had to move rooms because our first room was completely open to the outside and birds were pooping and touching our personal items. We had the same housekeeping issues as others site. Another family had to move because there room was not as advertised. The food was ok- certainly not 5 star. The buffet didn’t change a single bit over 8 days. The service at the Jammers bar was horrible and the kitchen messed up our order multiple times causing us to wait over an hour for a simple lunch both days, then did the same at dinner at Upper Deck for our kids meals. We waited an hour for Mac n cheese. Zero attempt was made to right the situation besides remove Mac n cheese from an all inclusive bill. The water sports were the only feature that was over and above.
