Renovated clean room

The property itself was very good and I enjoyed the stay overall. However, I was disappointed with the professionalism of the staff during check-in. They asked for both my ID and my friend’s ID, which is understandable. But later, when my friend asked for his ID back, I realized it wasn’t with me. We spent nearly an hour searching for it, only to call the front desk and be told that they still had it. The frustrating part is that they didn’t return it to us during check-in and also didn’t inform us that they had kept it. This lack of communication caused unnecessary stress and wasted time. I hope the management works on improving the professionalism and communication of the staff, as it really affects the guest experience.

The service and hospitality of every person was excellent

Staff was INCREDIBLE. Always there at dinner and breakfast to serve us; check in was fast and courteous; concierge was knowledgeable. The hotel was located very close (5 minute walk) to the souqs and other shopping and restaurants, and the area was clean and safe. A fantastic place to stay!

Great staff, as usual for the IC, and always ready to assist. Very pleased with my stay.

Great location near a main souk and the Avenue Mall. Large fitness facility in attached building. Rooms a bit tired with very small windows!

Excellent Staff

Great stay, staff are brilliant & friendly and really helpful. One of the pools was closed which I wasn't aware when I made the booking but it wasn't much of a problem for us. Only negative for me is that if you have allergies or dietary requirements then they struggle to cater, The coffee shop didn't have any options for us and no alternative milk to dairy either. I had to check every item and list everything as many of the stuff didn't understand what Vegan was and my children have allergies so I did find it difficult as everything including the pasta has egg. The chef's were very accommodating for breakfast but it was a struggle as the labels aren't all accurate.
