料金とサービスのバランスが取れていると思います。

すき焼きの夕飯も良かったのですが、朝食の白飯が釜で炊かれていて美味しかったし、鯵が肉厚で見たことのないような品で感動しました。

スタッフの方がとても明るくフレンドリーに話しかけてきて頂き元気な気分になりました。庭の木も綺麗に手をかけていて非日常的な時間を過ごすことができ又行きたいと思いました。

客室のお風呂が自然と一体化していて癒されました。スタッフは、客同士の会話をさりげなく聞いていてさりげなくアドバイスしてくれます。しかも違うスタッフ２人とも。とても良く教育されていて素晴らしいです。大浴場は小さかったので貸切露天風呂を無料でチェックイン時に予約できますので、おすすめします。食事も美味しかったです

Peaceful, relaxing, onsens were so perfect. A great break from the hubbub of Tokyo. And our day of visiting in Hakone was beautiful.

The perfect relaxing location for anyone looking for a peaceful break from the bustle of Tokyo. The attentive service made the stay even more stress free and relaxing. The meals were exceptional and delivered in cozy private dinning space. I will be recommending this to anyone thinking of going to Japan.

昨年から2度目の滞在。価格とお部屋やお料理、サービスのバランスもよく、外国人観光客からの人気も高まる中で、日本人観光客にとっても価格に見合った、もしくはそれ以上の安らぎの時間を提供していただきました。お料理は日によって選べるすき焼きとしゃぶしゃぶの夕飯と、和食と洋食から選べる朝食付き。ベランダには露天風呂がついている和室で、大きめのベッド２つがついており、部屋だけでものんびり滞在しやすい仕様になっています。 ホテルが提供する旅館としての強みをフルに発揮されており、和洋折衷のバランス感覚が随所に光っていると思います。大浴場など一部年季の入った設備もありますが、手入れの行き届いた施設です。何よりスタッフの方々の感じがよく、男性スタッフも柔らかい対応の方も多く、長く働かれている女性スタッフの方もいることで、安心感と信頼性が高まっています。 また、機会を見て再訪したいと思います。

2/7から１泊しました。 サービスがすごくよく、部屋も広くて大満足です。12部屋しかない旅館なので、大浴場でも旅館内でも、他の宿泊者の方と会う事がほとんどなかったので、ゆっくりできました。 特に良かったのが、アメニティと送迎の方のサービスです。 時間が空いていたら、ガラスの森美術館まで連れて行ってくださったり迎えに来てくださいました。 車中でも色々なお話が聞けて、本当に楽しかったです。 ありがとうございました。 アメニティも、シャンプーとコンディショナー、化粧水、乳液がよくて、髪の毛はつやつやのサラサラになりました。 食事は美味しかったですが、朝食が一度に出てきたのはちょっと焦りました。 写真を撮るには良いですが、フレンチトーストのホイップが溶けていくのを横目にサラダを食べるのは悲しかったです・・・。 しかしそれをカバーしても余りある、素晴らしい旅館でした！

Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Onsen was clean and restful. Meals were beautifully presented and delicious!

The overall experience is excellent. Staff over there is over nice and friendly. Private open-aired hot spring is a big plus.

After a long trip across Japan, this stay was exactly what I needed. The hotel, amenities and staff were all fantastic. The bedroom was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever stayed at. The private onsen helped rejuvenate my body after days of walking and helped me feel brand new again and ready to conquer the last leg of my trip and not to mention the food at this establishment was for lack of a better word, insane. Highly recommend a detour to hakone and this property.

The service, room, food, and onsen were all 10/10. Not too busy, someone was always available when we needed them. Seriously the food alone was worth the cost to stay the night. I would definitely come back.

Over rated and over priced. Don’t go for included dinner as was not good.

We loved every minute of our stay. We couldn't recommend it more.

We had the best experience, started as soon as we arrived at the hotel until we left. Food was great, had a private hot spring room everyday. Initially we were concerned about convenience of transportation. Hotel stuff sent and picked us up from nearby places and bus stops. The only less than perfect thing is the weather, raining everyday during our stay. But it gives the perfect reason and motivation to come back. Will be our first choice next time when booking hotel in Haneda.
