Do not book with hotels.com... They do not honor hotels.com reservations. They do not honor paid via website... They did refund me, so 2 stars for not being horrible and dishonest like 1/2 the hotels in Delhi... But not honoring a reservation is pretty bad when you are trying to check in.. Mobile app saved me as I was able to rebook another hotel in a few minutes...
