Ozaki Heritage Hotel is the worst hotel I have stayed at. The service was very poor, and the rooms were extremely dirty. It would be better to remove this hotel from your website, especially since you cater to international customers who expect a basic level of hygiene.

Bathroom is not clean especially the floors and mirrors

Super fine hotel with a good location. Very nice staff. There is not always breakfast buffet (depends on season). Would recommend. The staff is super serviceminded and Will help you with your every need
