Schone apartement en de omgeving is rustgevend

The bed and pillows were very hard making sleep very uncomfortable. Don’t know if the facility offers options. I asked for a roll out bed up on arrival but never received it. Otherwise the place was clean and modern. The staff was responsive

The property is clean , safe, Quiet, staff friendly, I didn’t get any warm water in my tap for a shower, and the bed was a little too hard , I didn’t like the entrance to the property if it’s improved I would visit again

I am not sure how Expedia rated this place excellent or a VIP … this is no more than a 2 star condo/ hotel and that’s pushing it. The only good thing about this place was the lady at the front desk… super sweet lady willing to help. The AC did not work properly, the water pressure was super low and either comes out cold or very hot ,( no medium), broken tiles, floor stains, stains on the towels, if you see the shower, in person you will be wearing sandals at all times, the pool was dirty… this place needs to be upgraded a lot to start calling it VIP or Excellent to stay.

Bed very uncomfortable and pillows , very little water in the shower . It was clean and close to everything that was good . Last day the lady that cleans . Was bagging on my door opening it not even 10:20 am I found that very disrespectful.

Tranquilo, calmo e com privacidade.. oferece um ambiente para descanso , próximo a supermercados , aeroporto e principais vias de acesso para turismo. Destaco o atendimento da recepção, que nos auxiliou em tudo necessário, MARAVILHOSA.

Achei bem sujo. Havia cabelo pelo banheiro e areia na cama, sinalizando que os lençóis não haviam sido trocados. Como a recepção só está disponível durante a semana, só trocaram os lençóis na segunda. No armário da cozinha havia restos de açúcar. O apartamento é desconfortável, não tem um móvel para guardar roupas, apenas quatro cabides plásticos. A limpeza acontece só uma vez por semana. A cozinha é um cubículo e falta a porta do congelador da geladeira. A cafeteira estava com a alça quebrada, o que era um risco. O apartamento em si não é ruim, mas não foi pensado para estadas na praia. A única comodidade é um varal compartilhado entre todos os apartamentos. Fica longe de tudo, o que não foi problema, pois alugamos um carro. Jamais me hospedaria lá novamente.

My wife and I recently stayed at your property, aqua clara from 19 to 26 January 2025, and we were pleased with many aspects of our stay, including the location to places, cleanliness of the room or the courteous staff. However, I regret to inform you of an issue we encountered during our visit. When booking our stay through Expedia, we were explicitly informed that breakfast was included as part of the reservation. Unfortunately, upon arrival, we discovered that breakfast was not offered, which caused inconvenience for us during our stay. The availability of breakfast was a key factor in our decision to book at your hotel, and we had planned our mornings accordingly. Not having this service disrupted our plans and led to unexpected additional expenses. Given that the breakfast was part of the advertised package, we kindly request compensation for this shortfall. We believe this is a fair resolution to address the inconvenience caused by the unfulfilled promise. Please let us know how you would like to proceed in resolving this matter. This property was good for this price point. It is located near a local neighborhood but I found the locals extremely welcoming and never felt unsafe.

My friend and I enjoyed our stay here and lady at tge desk was a lovely person.
