Would avoid staying at this place. There was no hot water. The living area had terrible seats (2 very uncomfortable wooden seats). There was no doors in the place - not even on the bathroom! Contact was impossible with those in charge.

not a good experience. I have never received the email with the access codes. I had to call multiple times the helpdesk to be able to get in the flat. when I finally got in, it was even worse, as I discovered that the bed had not been cleaned, and it was still like the previous guest left it. Even after informing the helpdesk and sending pictures, no solutions were proposed nor anyone even apologized for the situation.

Don’t book these. Staff didn’t send access details, nobody responded to emails or phone. Had to contact hotels.com and got codes minutes before I got on my flight. Pictures are not necessarily the apartment you get. Facilities listed weren’t there. Flat was falling apart. Pictures taken off walls and just thrown in cupboards. No TV, no bath. Overall really poor experience

Das Apartment ist in einem schlechten Zustand. Es ist eine Steckdose aus der Wand gerissen, die Kühlschranktür kann nicht vollständig geschlossen werden und der Alarm piept, der Geruch in dem Apartment ist unangenehm, im Badezimmer sind Kalkablagerungen und der Seifenspender ist verschmutzt. Eine Übernachtung ist in diesem Apartment nicht möglich.

It was a a pain in the next to get the information to get into the apartment but the apartment itself was nice. Everyone was always friendly—it just didn’t all work easily.
