Comme à chaque séjour, l’hôtel IBN Batuta a été à la hauteur de nos attentes ! L’accueil du personnel est toujours aussi chaleureux et professionnel, on se sent vraiment comme chez soi. Le petit-déjeuner est varié et délicieux. La propreté des chambres et des espaces communs est irréprochable, ce qui rend l’expérience encore plus agréable. Cet hôtel à taille humaine a une ambiance familiale qui nous donne envie de revenir à chaque fois. Merci à toute l’équipe

Room was dirty, bathroom needs lots of work and the air conditioning was barely working, pool was lovely but it would be better if it was clean

Check in was straight forward. English speaking staff. We had a couple of issues, bathroom lock kettle but they fixed it. They have a construction next door but that's out of their hands. Staff are polite, helpful, respectful. The area is great and really busy with lots of shops to eat within walking distance. Breakfast was basic.

The pool, staff and location were great. The lack of pillows on the bed was strange and the shower was really gross. Lots of mold. The first night our room was terrible. Broken closet, shower moldy and leaked all over the bathroom floor. They were very kind and moved us the next day to a larger room.

The hotel has restored its pleasant common areas, including the breakfast room, the rooftop swimming pool with a bar, and the lobby. Unfortunately the rooms are not of the same level. They have old toilets and showers, even if the mattresses are comfortable. I was given room 302, where the shower was flooding the room. A staff member at reception was very dismissive of our need to change the room. This attitude spoiled our arrival and the confidence that the hotel could take care of our needs. Only after my strong complaints I was assigned a different room. The other hotel staff, especially at the restaurant, were gentle and supportive.

The Ibn Batouta was a great hotel. The staff were all very friendly, the breakfast each morning was excellent, the rooftop pool and cafe was beautiful, and the rooms (although a bit small) were clean and quiet. The location of the hotel seemed perfect as it was walkable to the popular areas, sites, and Souks. We would recommend this hotel to all travellers.

Excellent hôtel, très propre, bien situé, très proche du centre Guéliz et des magasins. Pas mal de bons restaurants dans le quartier. Le personnel est vraiment adorable au service des clients. Je reviendrai c'est sûr.

Room was tiny, the bathroom smelt awful and was dirty. Not a good experience.

Hotel is nice, breakfast was ok. All the staff were pleasant and helpful. Nearby there is a lot of modern shopping areas with big brands but also you are only a 30 minute walk from the medina. There is a few nice parks in the area too. The room itself was clean except for the shower in the bathroom which had a bit of mold round the grouting. You can hear the calls to prayer quite loudly from the nearby speaker so if youre a light sleeper bring ear buds. We were woken up by people walking around in the hallway area, they werent being loud but we could hear them very loudly because the doors dont seal very well. The Air condition was good and worked well
