Love the upgrade

Property was fantastic, staff professional and helpful. Parking was easy, plenty available. Transport nearby. Walk to shops, lake, restaurants. Room was immaculate (lovely blue sheer curtains) and roomy. Great lake view. Shall definitely revisit and recommend.

We had a great stay. The hotel, staff and club next door were excellent

Carpet quite dirty. The shower drain was clogged, the water couldn't go down , and I had to clean out the accumulated hair myself! It was disgusting!

Great location, comfortable beds and delicious breakfast

The only problem that I had was that the blanket wasn't very thick and I was cold. I couldn't find a second one. I had to turn the air con up and put a jacket over me because it was that cold.

Comfy beds and modern room. Unfortunately, the staff on arrival were very uninterested and didn’t even discuss the breakfast I’d booked etc. That was after they sat on the phone for 5 mins without acknowledging me. When I called to ask about breakfast (which was super disappointing itself), I was met again with the same uninterested tone. When we approached the room, we saw a toilet brush left at our front door. It stayed there for the entirety of the stay. Gross. There was rubbish poking out under one of the beds (a jelly cup or something). As mentioned, the breakfast was very disappointing and very mediocre. I regret spending the money.

Always a convenient and enjoyable place to stay. My “go to” in Canberra.

We stayed here to go to game (raiders) and booked this hotel as they advertised a shuttle to the ground. When we asked reception the lady told us we needed to catch the bus down the road was not interested in helping us.

I was so impressed with this hotel . For the price our room was lush , comfortable and super large. We will def stay here again if in this part of town. Lovely decor

Beautiful spacious room. Clean and modern.

The staff were friendly and attentative amd offered recommendations for dinner. The room was comfortable and modern, with wonderful facilities.

Fabulous rooms, clean and modern

The staff were pleasant and very approachable. The room we well kept and presented, we were given options for pkaces to eat in the area as well.
