This complex needs to be updated! The rooms are showing their age, e.g. damage to walls, bathroom tiles grout stained, wood cabinets damaged, shower low pressure. The kitchenette is very convenient to have and includes the basic utensils. Customer service could be improved- requested to stay an extra night but manager would not match price listed on Expedia. Could not understand this as the room was available and the hotel was practically empty. As a repeat customer, not impressed.

It was our first time trip to blue mountain and it was really nice! We will return back again! Thank you!

The mosaic really needs repair. Lots of scratch and dents. Wall crumbling when entering parking, rockery around hottub coming apart, mold around bathtub. Still love it here but lots of detailing needed asap. Not acceptable for Blue Mountain Village and the pricing.

Had a great stay! The place was very clean and quiet—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The kitchenette was well-equipped and made cooking during our staycation super convenient. The heated pool was a great added amenity, especially with the chilly weather. Would definitely stay again!

It was still cold so we didn't do much there since we are not into skiing, but maybe summer much better.
