Tout le personnel est attentif, souriant, sympathique. Nous avons particulierement apprecie cette grande sualite. Cetait egalement delicieux et calme.

My wife and I spent an enjoyable four nights in this unique hotel. The staff were very helpful and the room had lots of interesting features reflecting the history of the building. The attached brasserie is excellent. The area around Voiron is well worth exploring as well.

L'accueil est personnalisé et agréable. Le lieu d'exception, aménagé avec goût. Les prestations sont très bonnes. Le service en chambre nous a conquis. La cuisine est excellente. Il y avait une baignoire dans la chambre et une terrasse donnant sur la distillerie de la Charteuse! Petit déjeuner fourni, quantité et grand choix.

Déçue de n’avoir pas été prévenue d’une soirée sur site, soirée sur la terrasse avec dj et chambre donnant sur cette terrasse. Peu mieux faire. Heureusement la personne du pdj a été très agréable et serviable.

Personnel hotelier à l'image de ce qu'on attend de l'ecole française d'hotellerie. Hotel particulier tres bien restauré.

Fantastiskt rum och badrum till väldigt skäligt pris. God frukost, där ”basen” serveras på buffet och resten kan beställas. Restaurangen har en stor uteservering i trädgården. Personalen verkade dock väldigt stressade under vårt besök, alla sprang hela tiden (vilket inte var speciellt avkopplande för oss gäster).

Well, where do I begin? The photo of the Hotel on Expedia was spectacular. Imagining like the Hampton Court Palace in England. The field, garden, and tranquility. Sadly, nothing liked it, it's the opposite :( However, our room was very clean and the bedding/mattress/pillows are top notch. Not to mention, Clarins toiletries. The shower was brilliant, unfortunately, the water leaked underneath the enclosure and it was flowing all over the floor. we had to put towels to stop it. Also, the air conditioning was quite loud, like a generator. Bad design. The staff were so lovely and friendly. Our favorites, pillows and bed sheets...

Superbe séjour dans cet établissement tenue par une briguade de jeunes dynamiques, souriant et professionnels. Le repas était excellent et le service extra. Bon moment aussi partagé avec le barman qui nous a guidé dans la découverte de la chartreuse. Arrêtez vous pour passer un super moment. Merci à toute l équipe de passionnés de cet hotel restaurant.

A very nice notel, with excellent staff. Very friendly and helpful. Since we were driving an electrical car we chose it because it offered vehicle charging. The portier were very helpful an connected the car himself, and we go the car fully charged overnight, free of charge. Room and restaurant were top quality as well. And pricing very reasonable. Highly recommendable!
