Everything was perfect!

This was a great visit. Host was very helpful. The room was spotless and up-to-date. The lounge and outside seating areas with a view of the water were added bonuses. Be aware that if you are walking from the ferry with a suitcase, it's a bit of an uphill trip of about 20 minutes. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it for others.

Very modern facilities and comfortable bed. Easy walking distance to Ullapool centre. Excellent breakfast with wonderful views.

Only positives are the parking and a good breakfast. The room was tiny, the bed was tiny, the ensuite was tiny and the sink teeny tiny. Not worth anywhere near the price!

Outside space was nice and also had communal inside space which was relaxing and had comfy chairs. Staff were lovely and friendly.

Such a warm welcoming. A tipple, shortbread and a smile. Nothing was too much trouble. Room was small but very comfortable. Had everything we required and beautiful view of the loch.

Good parking, property was close to the main town(could easily walk in 5mins) Comfortable communal sitting area with sofas, armchairs and tables. Bedroom was small but warm and cosy. Ensuite was small, especially the sink. Breakfast the next morning was excellent.

Great location on the side of the loch. Very comfortable beds, and the room was super clean. Nice breakfast too. Only feedback would be that a mini fridge in the room would be nice.

We really liked Harbour House where we stayed for one night before catching the ferry to Stornoway. Finding the place is easy and there is plenty of parking on site. On arrival we were given a very friendly welcome from the receptionist. Our room was spotlessly clean, well maintained and comfortable and had everything we needed. The breakfast next morning was excellent and all the staff were friendly and helpful. If we had known how pleasant Ullapool is, we would have stayed longer!

The room was modern and spotless. We were welcomed with a drink of whisky or sherry. The breakfast was very good and efficiently served. Parking good.
