We were kept waiting for 2 hours at checkin by a rude receptionist. I have never been treated so badly at a lodge. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable - but the lights were broken as was the door handle in the bathroom (when I made the mistake of closing the door, I could not open it from the inside and had to be rescued!). Overall, a very bad experience.

Room were neat and clean , aircon worked 100% and overall not a bad stay . Room just an bit to small for two people
