while property was in a good location but it was bit noisy. in addition, dinning /breakfast area was very crowded. last but not least breakfast do not offer many choices for vegan / vegetarian people

Some Staff was pretty rude to my husband and didn’t allowed him to check in. Rooms are noisy. However few ppl took care of my documents which I forgot at the counter.

This was a solid 3/5. Nothing more, nothing less. The staff were polite but not exceptionally helpful (especially in terms of suggestions, etc). It was very much a “just there to sleep” type of place. The breakfast included was also inconsistent in terms of quality and taste.

Hotel itself is new and clean. Chinatown has TONS of options for great food. convenient area.

Very unique old architecture

Our room was not ready for a half hour after check in time- we also tried a few hours earlier so they knew we were around nearby and waiting- abd had tickets to a show we had to get to. Staff were apologetic about this but still a big issue due to our tight time constraints

This Hotel was amazing! The location was great and very clean. The staff were very helpful and super welcoming. The breakfast was delicious with no shortage of options to choose from. Lots to see and do in the area and the location of the hotel could not be any better! Highly recommend this hotel!!!!

Montreal ain't what it used to be

Very close to Old Montreal and Chinatown! :) Pool was not yet open during our stay (May 12) and having a pool is why we selected it (for our kids). Car traffic was heard in our room (# 434) at all times.
