Hampton Inn by Hilton Montreal Downtown

Located next to Chinatown, subway station is a brief walk away, room is clean and adequate size. My only complaint is the service - it was late and we bought takeout from nearby restaurant, so we asked the front desk staff if we could borrow some dinner plates, and they refused, so we ended up using coffee cups to eat. At previous hotels we haven't had issues in asking to borrow plates.

Great breakfast, but serious safety concerns and poor service. ​We have stayed here twice, and while the breakfast remains perfect, our recent stay was marred by a frightening incident. My daughter was trapped in the bathroom for 30 minutes because the sliding door rail was misaligned. When we called the front desk for help, they told us they couldn't send anyone. I eventually had to manually lift and force the door open myself to get her out. ​Additionally, the beds and pillows are quite uncomfortable, and the TV system is outdated—no Netflix, YouTube, or casting capabilities. Given the safety risk and the lack of assistance from staff, we are very disappointed.

Gut gelegen zwischen Old Montreal und der Unterstadt. Im Winter ist die Tiefgarage sehr gut. Warmes Auto wird Schneefrei. Sehr viele E-Ladestationen, normal und extra Tesla.

The location is amazing. The hotel is very close to the Old Montreal and right at the Montreal China Town so it's very convenient to eat authentic Chinese foods with budgets. The breakfast in the hotel is very good with many options. The room is very clean and modern. And the indoor parking is right in the basement of the building. We are very happy with our stay.

Everything is as good as one should expect from Hilton properties.

They gave me a great room, the rooms are clean, staff are friendly and accommodating. Excellent location as well

La chambre était bien aménagée et joliment nettoyé. Le personnel qui nous a accueilli était bien aimable et les serveuses au déjeuner l’était tout autant. Nous reviendrons c’est sûr !

The room wasn’t clean unfortunately it lacked basic amenities too There was no shampoo, body lotion, or soap available. On our first day, there were also no towels in the room, and we had to call the front desk to have them delivered, My husband was not happy with my choice of hotel, and this negatively affected our trip to Montreal.

We came to Old Montreal for a quick 3-day getaway and thoroughly loved the staff, the location, the facilities!
