Amazing service

I enjoyed the breakfast, the whole atmosphere, the location. It was wonderful. I will be returning this summer with my family again 😁

The rooms were nicely sized. Reception staff was nice and very efficient. No long wait times. Staff at breakfast station was very helpful at filling things if anything was low. Breakfast was very convenient but tables weren't cleaned regularly enough to support the large amount of people that eats breakfast there. Underground parking was $30 a night with in and out access which was very convenient for the downtown location this hotel is at. Also it is very close walk to science center, china town, the basilica Notre Dame and old port. The house keeping wasn't that great. The tub was cloggy and always filled up during the shower and no one clears it. They don't vacuum or mop properly and there's always a bit of dirt at the front of the room. Also, hair is not completely cleared from the room. Food from the breakfast has good variety but not that tasty. The fruit is mushy and even my son won't eat it. The bacon is dry and salty, the sausages felt flavorless chunk of process meat. scrabble eggs were really firm and hard. Self made waffles probably had traces of peanuts because my son had a few bites and started to have hives due to peanut allergy.

Oh my goodness! This is an inconvenient hotel! The building is new but cheap material for a Hilton franchise ! No carpet 😵‍💫 The swimming pool is outdoor and CLOSED! My children were very disappointed. You have to pay for the parking which is not fair at all! The rating of the breakfast wasn’t honest! We had way better in other hotels, so this wasn’t really something wow! I wonder what kind of people rated it… The guy who told us that the pool was outdoor and closed was rude (he had curly hair I don’t recall his name…) any way, c’est une expérience à ne pas refaire…

Great staffs good breakfast, clean rooms and good location. Also good price.

Excellent location in Chinatown. Many restaurants within walking distance. Old Town and Old Port is also a close walk. The metro stop is also steps away, perfect for exploring the city. Rooms were spacious and clean. Free breakfast was great although it gets busy so going early is important. Would stay here again when in Montreal!

The hotel was clean throughout. The free breakfast was decent and the breakfast area was large open area with pleasant vibe. The location is excellent for what we were in Montreal for - Old Montreal and Chinatown. We stayed for one night and didn't have time to use any facilities.

Did utilize this service

Hotel is downtown Mtl, but very easy to access and adequate underground parking. On site restaurant is very convenient, with vey friendly and courteous staff. Hotel staff was also very friendly and helpful.

Nice area to stay with a lot of options of food around. Very good breakfast, room spacious with good amenities. Recommended!

Rooms are modern looking and clean. The breakfast buffet had a great selection of food, and even made accommodations for those with allergies. The only knock is that on Saturday and Sunday morning (at breakfast’s peak hours) they kept running out of cutlery. People were waiting around for a while. Staff and service were amazing. My bathtub was almost fully clogged and when I brought it up to front desk, they were genuinely sorry. They had the issue fixed immediately. Overall, nice property with well maintained basic necessities. It’s so close to Old Montreal and also very close to St. Catherines Street. It is in the heart of Chinatown. It also right near the highway, so easy to access. I’d recommend.
