Great location.

Fantastic location, courteous staff, room was clean and bathroom fine. Toilet needed to be fixed as the flusher got stuck a few times but only a minor issue.

El hotel esta bien ubicado. Un poco difícil para encontrarlo. Las almohadas no fueron cómodas. La limpieza de la habitación en especifico del baño no la hacían bien y quedó sucia varios dias.

Very nice room in a great location. Room was clean, comfortable, cool and quiet. Walking distance to major attractions and the beautiful Trastevere. A little hard to find - trust the directions sent by the hotel before your stay.

Café da manhã muito ruim, não tinha hóspedes o suficiente então ofereceram serviço de quarto com café da manhã, não poderia ser pior, frutas verdes, ovos gelados e com casca, leite gelado. Elevador muito ruim, e quarto pequeno. Equipe da recepção nota 10

The staff was very helpful. The vocation was great with a wonderful gelato place just town around the corner and great proximity to Trastavere, just a short walk over the bridge. Short walk to some great restaurants that many locals seem to go to, so not too touristy.

Our room was next to the elevator. The elevator was making awful sounds and almost shaking the wall. When I requested to change the room because I was not able to sleep I was just blown away telling that they did not have any available room for us.

Não tem café da manhã, não repõe os itens como sabonete. Uma pia com o caimento da água ruim, a pia está sempre nojenta.

Clean, quiet and in a great location

Convenient location, though a little tricky to find. Not very quiet, can hear other guests and things happening outside. Cleaning staff gets started EARLY and you can hear them in the hallways.

It’s a great little hotel tucked in behind some boom gates (so a taxi will only get you close ish.). But it’s delightful. It’s got a boutique feel, the staff are terrific and its location is walking distance to many of Rome’s icons. I chose not to add breakfast but they are flexible if you need it and will just add it to the bill. It’s not a bad selection but there’s even more just a short walk from the front door. Overall really good.

Rome is definitely different than the United States. The hotel was very nice. Had a great day comfortable bed. Very helpful staff definitely recommend.

Great location. We were able to walk to most sites and lots of good restaurants just around the corner. Bed was comfy and staff was nice.

A equipe é muito boa mesmo, nível de prestabilidade nota mil. Localização fantástica para Trastevere (era o que buscávamos), muito boa para Piazza Novona, boa para Panteão e aceitável para quem busca Fontana do Trevi (não optaríamos se fosse nosso objetivo). Café da manhã nada espetacular mas atende perfeitamente o que se espera de um três estrelas. Higiene do local onde é servido tb muito bom. O hotel fica dentro de um setor isolado, não entendi bem o que funciona ali. Como um local de 5 ou 6 prédios residenciais e o hotel no meio. Voltaria com certeza ao MZ Hotel.
