Service is excellent and the hotel is fairly new. Very clean and welcoming.

We love it, certainly will go back again. Great amenities, friendly staff, great location without being in the hussle but close enough. Great buffet breakfast, amazing daily happy hour. We had a lovely vacation.

If you like the beach , I don’t recommend this property !! Beach area is very rocky , not like other beach side resort !! The dinner , choices are not good and over prize ! But love the free breakfast !! To get the food places , there is a mile walk !!

Over all we had a very good time. Only issue is they are building across the road and there was construction noise.

Claudia at the front desk is a GEM !! She is a true asset to Hilton !! Gilbert the security man ….super nice & full of information

Foi uma ótima opção para quem tem crianças. Teve um evento de Páscoa para as crianças com distribuição de brindes. O café da manhã é bem diversificado. Há distribuição de vouchers para bebidas gratuitas no fim da tarde para acompanhar os petiscos. Há uma passagem sob a rua para chegar à praia.

Todo estuvo excelente. Buen desayuno. Piscina y hidromasaje. en buen estado con las fotos. Las habitaciones son las mismas de toda la cadena. Nos hicieron late check out y no nos cobraron . Un tema que no sabía es que te rentan las sillas de playa lo cual es cómodo cuando vas a otras playas que no son del hotel ( son gratis en esta playa ). La playa del hotel está bien pero Eagle beach(7 min caminando )y otras son espectaculares.

Absolutely loved my stay here. Wished i had gotten a room on a higher floor for a better ocen view, but our room was beautiful, loved the seperare slitting area. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was very good, only downside would be the wait for the egg station.its within walkimg distance to Eagle Beach and Palm Beach.

Great hotel! Close to the beach and pool was really nice! It was quiet and parking was easy. Breakfast and cocktail hour was a bonus. Would come again for sure!

My stay was amazing. Clean, beautiful Room with living area, huge balcony, amazing shower, great staff. Breakfast was decent. Electric bike was fun my Boyfriend and I rode to Eagle beach. Never had to wait over 5 min for Taxi… I can continue. I will be back.

Everything was great except that if you wanted to go to Palm Beach you have to walk carrying chairs that the hotel gives you. They have a small section at another beach with chairs already there but you have to walk to Palm Beach. There was also some construction going on in the area around the hotel which was a little noisy at times and looks kind of crappy right now but that really isn’t the hotel’s fault. Everything else was great and overall I would recommend.

It is a nice property but lacked service and attentiveness from staff. Breakfast buffet was the same selection every day. My impression was that they were short staff when it came to service. Long wait times at their restaurant. They sit you at your table but it would be a while before meeting your server. Room was nice and spacious bed was comfortable. Would I stay there again ?No

Very friendly staff, clean, and close through shops and dining areas

Great amenities. The pool, pool bar, food & drinks made for great days at the hotel. The cleaning staff were fantastic and the beach was a walk across the street. Great for families!
