Die Sauberkeit und das Frühstück lässt zu wünschen übrig. Sehr gute Lage, man fühlt sich wie am Meer.

Great views and clean rooms

Frühstück und Restaurant allgemein ist gut. Bezüglich Zimmer ist es sauber gereinigt und das Bett und die Kissen sind Hervorragend. Was aber schrecklich war… die WC Brille war total schäbig, zerkratzt und ausgefranst… das hat leider alles in Frage gestellt! Was ich auch nicht sehr Hygienisch finde ist ein Duschvorhang der ins Nasse runter hängt, Das Personal war ansonsten sehr freundlich, hat meine Kritik auch aufgenommen und gemeint es werde Persönlich angeschaut.

This hotel has the best view of the lake I have ever seen, I was in awe when I stepped out on my patio! I could have sat there for days! The staff are very friendly and helpful! The rooms and property are showing their age (a little), but the staff and the views are well worth going here.

Hôtel viellions, propreté moyenne (vitres donnant sur le lac très sales) parking exiguë et surtout, à éviter, restaurant hors de prix pour la qualité proposée (2 mauvais hamburgers et 2 verres de vins pour 99€). Machine à café dans la chambre mais sans capsules qu’il faut acheté à 1Chf l’unité, c’est de la mesquinerie au vue du prix de la chambre, et aucune tasse dans la chambre.

Die Lage ist hervorragend, da kann man suchen..... Hotelempfang und Service durchgehend sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Zimmer und Bad sauber. Die Möbel sind in die Jahre gekommen, jedoch man bemüht sich mit der Pflege. Die Terrasse mit Aussicht einfach phenomenal und die Bestuhlung bequem und im Schuss. Das Frühstück ist königlich, reichlich vielseitig, mit vielen frischen Früchten aber sicherlich mehr als eine 3 plus Bewertung. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Mit gratis Parking und Schwimmgelegenheit ein tolles Erlebnis.

Hotel was nice , clean, old style , easy accessibility to bus and train. Good location and view. Only didn’t have Air conditioner so was hot at night. But they gave us 2 fans and it kept the room cool

Property was not value of money. It was a old propertyn Less facilities in the room.

Pretty good room and was clean. Nice view of the lake. Had trouble with the outlets as many of them did not fit the adapters for CH. Not updated. Needs some upgrading. Highest priced room of our 3 week Europe trip.

The hotel is made up of 2 places- both are very much in need of an updating. Only a few lights in the room and one plug. We changed our rooms to have a lake view, which was amazing!! Each room needs its own small fridge and new towels need to be purchased. No shampoo, only soap. The best parts of our stay was the views of the lake, the small town and close proximity to bus stops and train stations.

The hotel was excellent. We had a Lakeview room. The bathroom did have an odd smell of sewer, but we didn’t care, The area around the pool was under construction, but we did use it. I’m sure it’ll be nice once it’s done.

there was nobody available at night to complain about very noisy people next door that did not settle down until after 2 am. Swimming pool was not completely remodeled. Jacuzzi was closed for remodeling. Guests were required to pay for coffee pods to make coffee in rooms. Guests were required to pay for Billiard table. No refrigerator in the room - we needed it to keep medicine cool. Location was good - we had a rental car. Mountains' views are excellent.

estádia muito boa, quartos com vista para o lago. fomos no verão, no final da manhã esquenta um pouco, o quarto não tem ar condicionado mas tem um ventilador que ajudou legal. mas a vista é perfeita, funcionários atenciosos, restaurante em baixo com vista pro lago, fui com minha esposa e ela gostou. quanto ao transporte, onibus passa de uma em uma hora, tem que se planejar direitinho, mas deu tudo certo.
