I have booked the stay for my family and it was wonderful starting from the checkin till my checkout it was comfortable special mention to prakash and his team members like chirag n vaishnavi also vaibhavi who made their check in smooth as they came early.

Members of the staff were exceptionally good in terms of their hospitality. Special mention about Vaishnavi and Akash at the reception, and Subhash in house keeping.

This is the second time I stayed at this property and it seem better than last time.

Great Hotel. staff was courteous and helpful. The only negative is that upon check-in information is not provided before hand. But when this was reported the guest relations team looked into it and made sure its corrected. The best part about the hotel is the restaurant located near Front Desk. Amazing food options and amazing ambience.

We were allocated rooms in smoking wing without informing us. It made us very sick. Manager Prakash was very arrogant about the bad experience we had. Please check the policy before booking. I will not be staying with them in future.
