They need to be professional. Intercom was not working even after complaints. First day room was not cleaned and they said staff is gone for the day. However staff is courteous and respond immediately. Breakfast was good but limited to only idly, Dosa and pulav and not as shown in the website. Overall okay stay and not worth the amount I paid

Overall stay was good, nice ambience, spacious lounge and TV room. Nature behind hotel with flowing river is mesmerizing. Restaurant in ground floor was so helpful. Complimentary breakfast was provided. This location was very near to Nisargadhama. People around were friendly and caring. Hospitality was pleasing. As remote check-in was available, opted for a room from the displayed list. During actual check-in , in reception - we were told that the room that we selected is not suited for four members. It is for only 3 members. This disappointed us. Because our requirement was for four members and searched based on that. Remote check-in was based on this requirement.
