Good

Great location, breakfast Buffett was good. We stayed three nights. Staff at check in were great, although they did not offer upgrade for being platinum member with Expedia. Housekeeping did not do a great job and missed to clean our room for one of the nights. Alex at front desk was very kind and changed our room and offered an upgrade. We really appreciated this. We were able to get 2 hours late check out which was very much appreciated. Bar staff at night were super helpful and provided us with ice bucket, wine glasses and such. Overall very clean hotel and great service. Walking distance to many restaurants and transportation.

Das Personal war perfekt. Ich habe das Parkhaus nicht gefunden. Ein Mitarbeiter fuhr mit mir mit und zeigte mir den Weg.

기본 생수가 반정도 남았을때 교체없이 그냥 재정리만 함. 수건도 마지막 전날에는 사용한 수건만 가져가고 추가 보충없이 사용한 수건만 치움. 혹시나 추가로 필요할 경우도 있는데, 환경을 생각하는 건 좋으나, 너무 대충 정리하는 느낌. 가격대비를 생각하면 청소가 아쉬움.

Tolle Bar, wirklich ein tolles Frühstück- absolut herausragend!

Hotellet i sig var väldigt fint. Personalen var lite frånvarande. Inte speciellt välkomnande och trevliga. Sängarna var super sköna!!! Lite udda att där bara var en liten flaska vatten när det var 2 personer som var inbokade på hotellet. Frukosten var helt ljuvlig, stor härlig buffé. Ett plus att hotellet är djurvänligt.

Business trip to Debrecen. Hotel is in excellent condition; polite staff, good English Finding entrance to garage is nightmare; like going thru a puzzle. Personnally, from the outside: a big concrete block ( horrible) chucked into a historic city center... bad decision from city leaders
