The rooms were fabulously clean, comfortable beds, the staff was super friendly, and the courtyard was beautiful. It was a noisy street, but that seemed to be a consistent everywhere in Cusco. Easy walk to the main square. The balcony was a great place to sit and enjoy the view.

My friend and I loved the property, super cute for a fair price. The staff was so nice and the breakfast very tasty and healthy, they work just with organic products from the area which made the experience unique. The location is fairly close to the main plaza. We highly recommend El Balcón.

This awsome little hotel is perfect for someone looking for a vibe. It is small, quaint and friendly. It has some historic charm and the gardens are beautiful. I especially loved all the lanterns everywhere and the old doors and windows.

L'endroit est pratique bien que l'entrée donne sur une rue aux troittoirs exégus. Une fois passée la porte, un jardin nous accueuille. Tout est joli, notre chambre côté jardin offre tous les accessiores requies pour notre séjour. La salle a manger est de type 'chalet' et on y offre les boissons chaudes en tout temps. Très sympa et pratique.

Warm welcome, excellent service, cleanless, water&tea available 24/7, complimentary apples in the room, great help with emergency situation. This is subjective, but we felt chilly in the room and had to use heaters. Average temperature in the room was 18 degrees Celsius without the heater.

We really felt taken care of at El Balcon. The kitchen staff: Juanita, Marlene, and Nely made delicious food and their care felt like a warm hug. We loved the very homey kitchen and restaurant.

This charmingly rustic property is located a short walk from Plaza de Armas. After being uncomfortably cold for several nights in another Cusco location even with a heater turned on, we were pleasantly surprised our room was so warm that the included heater wasn't even needed. The shower has amazing pressure and plenty of hot water. Breakfast included in the rate is far beyond expectations, as are amenities like thick robes and quality toilet paper. The English-speaking staff is so kind and helpful. Without hesitation we recommend El Balcon for those who enjoy staying in an authentic location that reflects the country's culture.
