Hotel très bien situé, plutôt calme, chambre et sanitaires très propres avec linge suffisant. Mais pas un seul siège ni table... sans doute par manque de place. Parking accessible à pied par les ruelles en une dizaine de minutes. Il faut limiter les bagages.

We weren't expecting much because of the relatively low price considering the location. We were pleasantly surprised - really friendly and helpful staff. The location is excellent and it was very quiet at night too. It's a very small establishment and even the cleaning staff was very helpful as when we arrived the receptionist wasn't around. The rooms are adequately sized considering the location and price, and had everything we needed. The only one complaint is that there was only one power outlet in the room and that was located far from the bed side table. This is rather inconvenient for me as I like to leave my tablet plugged in charging while checking things when lying on the bed.

Loved Toledo and this hotel so much we tacked on 2 more days. Hotel in the very heart of the old city. Staff are lovely, housekeeping amazing. You can’t go wrong here

After a heck of a hike up the steep hills of the beautiful historic city we arrived at a lovely hotel with spotless rooms, plentiful hot water and a bath! While the rooms are basic and small there is a large common sitting/coffee room where we ate our breakfast and enjoyed the space. The bathroom was well stocked with soap/ shampoo/ conditioner dispensers. The staff were helpful with our woefully inadequate Spanish, by guiding us to great restaurants and sites. Toledo turned out to be a treasure trove for history buffs.

Our trip and stay at this hotel was excelente, we recomend this very nice and friendly hotel when visiting Toledo, it’s the best place to see so many sights in and near the town.

Very old room, the door of bathroom isn’t closed, a refrigerator is very very small, not enough sockets. Not recommend!

Adorei minha estadia lá! O hostel é muito limpo e os funcionários são muito simpáticos e prestativos!! O meu quarto e banheiro estavam impecáveis, limpos e bem conservados! O hostel é bem localizado, poucos minutos a pé dos principais pontos da cidade. Tem chás e cafés cortezias 24h no salão comum, que também é bem organizado e limpo. Eu pude ficar no salão comum até o horário do meu ônibus (meia noite) e a única questão é que não tem um banheiro, depois que o restaurante do térreo fechou eu não tive onde usar até chegar na rodoviária.. mas eu super recomendo o hoatel e voltaria!

Se trata de un hostal, no un hotel. Alas 21:30 ya no hay recpcion, es dificil de llegsr a el en coche, ruidoso por la mañana, una decepción.

La experiencia ha sido muy buena, el personal del hotel muy amable y la habitacion muy limpia. La situacion del hotel es buenisima ya que esta muy cerca de todos los monumentos.
