Location: The only aspect of the stay I was happy with. Everything is nearby and walking distance to the main attractions in Split. Communication & Follow through: Extremely disappointing. There was zero communication/info about the check in prior to/on arrival date which was previously stated in the message at the time of booking. Had to call as we were not provided any information about how we need to let ourselves in the unit that had the door flung open with the key in the door. And then when I reached out about the floor flooding due to short shower curtain (cheap stuff that won’t stick to the wall nor was low enough to keep the water in) I was told they would come by to provide carpet keep the feet dry. Suffice to say, this was not followed through and we had to sit towards the corner of the shower when washing to avoid further flooding. Security: The door was left wide open and the window, see thru with crappy curtains. Key doesn’t work well. Cleanliness: The shampoo, conditioner, and toothpaste were all kept in the closet we later discovered on the day we were checking out. There is little to no consideration in making the place welcoming/accommodating for guests. Parking: This experience was horrendous. Do not book this place with a car. Street parking was near impossible and the parking owner suggested (in front of our unit) almost got us a ticket. Luckily, we were out of the spot in time to avoid it but the lack of care was clear. Space: It’s a studio for 1.

Hinta-laatu -suhde kohdillaan! Sijainti lähellä Poljud Stadiumia, mutta rantaan ja rantapromenadille ei ole myöskään pitkä kävelymatka. Huoneisto on sopivan tilava ja ilmastointi toimi hyvin.
