The property is in a great location with shopping, restaurants, shopping, and beach all walking distance. Enjoyed the apartment with my family. Property management and building security was responsive to any inquiries we had. Only negative was that the washing machine was broken during our stay and access to the safe with direction was non-existent. However, overall, we enjoyed our stay. We will stay here again!

The apartment was amazing! Spectacular views!

This property is equipped with your daily needs as if you were at home away from home. Easy check in and check out. Also there’s security 24/7 and it’s a very safe area. This property is very centric so everything is nearby and you can walk around to explore your surroundings. The apartment itself is super spacious and luxurious.

5/5 beside when the water kept getting cut off other then that very friendly

This property was not like it showed on Expedia. It doesn’t reflect Expedia’s values. The pool was closed and we were not notified. It was closed due to construction. The apt doesn’t provide staples. Two tiny bottle of water and some coffee is all there was. No salt, pepper, oil. It is close to a supermarket so that helped. The place is secure but it is hot everywhere. You need to keep the ac off if you are out. We had a cockroach infestation that made us have to leave after our first night and they did not want to refund our money. We had to leave in the middle of the night and pay for a hotel somewhere else. We paid lodging 2x on this trip. When I say there were a lot of cockroaches, I mean a lot, we found 17 within the hour and it was gross. They did not respond to us after multiple messages and calls until the next morning when we had already found somewhere else to stay and then they acted like it hadn’t happened ever, I checked google reviews after and it was a common issue. So go somewhere cleaner and more transparent.

El equipo que administra la propiedad es muy amable y diligente. El apartamento está en muy buenas condiciones. Tiene garaje cubierto. Buena seguridad. Tiene una vista bellísima. Cerca de tiendas, cafeterías, restaurantes, y otros comercios que facilitan adquirir lo que necesites. No me gustó que había fiestas en otros apartamentos y edificios vecinos y alcanzaba a molestar un poco el ruido. Esto es difícil de controlar en un edificio de apartamentos, es preferible un hotel.

I rented this apartment on Hotels.com for 4-days, 3-nights for 4 people. When I arrived the personnel first claimed that they did not have any reservations for me (shake-down starts). I showed documentation that I have reservations for 4-days, 3-nights, 4 people but they continued to deny I held reservations. After about 45 minutes they “mysteriously” acknowledged I held reservations, but it was for 2 people (shake down continues). They demanded to see additional documentation. Being in a foreign country (Colombia) calling hotels.com is expensive (800 does not mean free). I have called Hotels.com in the past from Colombia and Hotels.com is impossible to get a live person at any reasonable length of time (actually, on a previous occasion at a different hotel I was on hold for over 40 minutes and finally hung up – was required to pay long-distance charges). Also, I could not access the hotels.com website from Colombia (who knows why – politics?). So, I contacted my daughter (my expense – more $$$ in foreign calling) and she screen shot every piece of documentation available to show the reservations were made for 4-people (not the 2 claimed in the shake down). Still the apartment people would not budge. Skipping a lot of back and forth, but it took over 2 hours to register and I took the apartment because: 1. It was a non-refundable reservation (and I understand why they list it that way now), and 2.) due to scheduling the 3rd person world not arrive until the next

Super apparemment on the 20th floor, amazing sunset directly in the living room and the balcony. Close to everything and super pool on the rooftop top enjoy. Only downside would be the kitchen equipment that would need a refresh. Toaster was hard to get working and chef knife and scissors were dull. We went out to local store the next day to get some ourselves and leave them for the next guest.

Excellent staff. Communication was great from the airport arrival to checkout.

A beautiful place to stay in Bocagrande Cartagena. The views are spectacular. Comfortable and relaxing. I would stay again.

Very good equipt apartments, nice Decor, comfortable.

A great place to stay in Bocagrande.. probably the brst on the strip there. Great Beach access but the walking vendors on the Beach are aggressive and constant.. the women walking around trying to give massage are especially annoying too.

Loved it here!

The location and the apartment is very convenient and very well located and maintained. The only comments were that we were 3 people and there were only two towels and one of these broken. Also the sofa bed is not comfortable and might need a replacement. Other than that the property is very good.

The best view to the beach

The apartment is located across from the beach with great views from the windows and balcony. It was very clean. It is walkable to the mall and lots of restaurants and shops. My one complaint would be that I could not get in hot water in either of the showers.
