Very well located simple hotel. Clean and good sized room. Older decor. Friendly reception. Decent value.

Very friendly and helpful staffs, historical building with not very good sound- proofing, overall experience is good.

A nice quiet and safe room. The staff is super friendly and always free to direct you to the best places around town. Speaking of which all the best places are easily walkable from this hotel. I loved my stay here and would come again!

Everything was perfect!

Staff always with a smile, very helpful, pleasant, professional and informative. Sheets and towels smells good and clean. Shower has hot water always. Few minutes walk to the cathedral. Spar, Mercadona, and Carefour express close by. Tea and coffee 24 hrs available in the lobby. Everything was just splendid!

Had a great two night stay at the Hotel Alcántara for our recent trip to Seville. Lovely & clean, friendly staff, adequate breakfast (no hot items but certainly more than enough with the selection they did have) lovely fresh orange juice, not diluted like you find in some places. A great location in the centre of the old town. Has a flamenco show on site but unfortunately it wasn’t on the two nights we were here. Were able to leave luggage after a welcome late check out of midday for a late flight and free tea & coffee in the reception area. If we return to Seville again I’d stay here. Thank you.

Hotel is centrally located and there is always someone friendly to greet you. However, the oil painted headboards smelled too much of turpentine and the smell was too strong.

Very good stay at this hotel. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Quiet room towards back, good size bathroom and good water pressure. Walking distance to everything we wanted go see. Decent continental breakfast for a good price. Would happily return when in Sevilla. Only negative on my behalf was my bed with too soft mattress and squeaky bed frame but the other bed in the room was ok. Slept well nevertheless.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The front desk was on point and always attentive to whatever we needed. They have a free breakfast buffet for about 9 euros please take advantage of that. Thank you hotel alcantara ! Well recommended.

Great location and perfect for few days - nice size room

O Hotel Alcântara possui uma ótima localização, bem no centro histórico de Sevilha, o que possibilitou muitos passeios com curtas caminhadas. A cidade é plana, o que facilita ainda mais! É um hotel simples, mas que nos atendeu bem. Possui 3 andares e acesso com elevador. Uma pequena recepção e no mesmo local é servido o café da manhã. As opções no café eram: pães, frios, ovos, rosquinhas, bolinhos, suco, café, leite, cereais e algumas frutas, mas sem variedades no decorrer dos dias. O pessoal que atendia na recepção extremamente simpáticos e nos dando sugestões de lugares para conhecer e tbm para refeições. Algo que gostei muito é que na recepção tem água, café, leite e chá a vontade, para consumir em qualquer horário. Também tem um micro-ondas para caso necessite. Também emprestam guarda chuva, algo interessante para quando estamos viajando e não estamos com o nosso. O que deixou a desejar foi a questão da limpeza. Logo que cheguei encontrei cabelo no meu travesseiro, dentro da banheira também. Outro incômodo é que não têm box, e sim banheira com chuveiro e uma cortina de plástico, algo que não considero nada higiênico.

Très bon hôtel, bien situé et personnel très souriant

El hotel se encuentra a minutos de la catedral, está muy limpio y el personal es muy atento y educado.

Excelente ubicación.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado y el personal es excelente. Únicamente dos pequeñas pegas, la habitación de la planta baja resulta algo oscura y la cama, aunque cómoda, es muy pequeña. El desayuno tampoco ofrece demasiada variedad. Aún así, no dudaría en volver a elegirlo para otra estancia.

The hotel was well kept and the staff was friendly. A nice and quiet courtyard is a perfect place to escape. The area has plenty of restaurants around and the nearest convenient stores within walking distance. However, the noises from the street traffic and pedestrian noises were nicely filtered out. Do note that you will staying near several churches and a big cathedral, so late night and early morning bell ringings are the norms. The staff can communicate in English, but the most fluent way, but it gets the job done. The shampoo bottle was broken, so it was obvious that the housekeeping was missing something. For $10 breakfast, I'd to see a better selection... Maybe some warm items. The shower is consistently hot and will pressurized. It's worth of the money. I paid low/mid 80's a night.
