We enjoyed our stay in Casa Malca , the hotel is clean and relaxing , the only thing to mention is the food in the hotel , it's really EXPENSIVE and the taste is just OK. But we had lunch and dinner at the hotel next to for half of the price and amazing food .

From the staff to the hotel … everything was perfect. Loved their breakfast . Great food and restaurant

This place was perfect and absolutely stunning! Me and my guests had the most amazing experience. Yvan and his staff gave 10 out of 10 customer service. On my way out I wanted to leave a few more tips to the staff and bell boys but my taxi was already waiting half an hour so I had to rush out. I had the best time, thank you so much for having us!

Amazing week end getaway with my wife, best hotel in tulum by far. Impossible to come back to tulum and not staying in casa malca! Congrats guys and all staff

AMAZING property with even better staff. Would recommend. Beaches were beautiful, spa had a cold plunge, sauna, steam and jacuzzi that we utilized everyday. Staff was super friendly and attentive. Shops and restaurants surround the area making it a great location. Hope to be back some day!

The hotel was really nice, and the beach area was the best of tulum. The front desk was also amazing to us and the whatsapping was so convenient. The only hiccups we had were that breakfast took over an hour to come to our table, while other tables received there’s first even though they arrived way after us. Also, the beach service was slow on the second day. Otherwise we’ll be back and we can’t wait for the return!

Negativ:Nur ein Dinner Restaurant, teure Getränke, hohes automatisches Trinkgeld selbst beim Frühstück, obwohl das Frühstück inklusive war, kein Abendprogramm oder Strandbar am Abend Positiv: Schöne Designer Unterkunft, toller Strand und türkisfarbenes Meer, sehr freundliches Personal
