Small room, no extras like fridge and no water cooker. There was a bigger gathering place on the first floor but without fridge or water cooker or coffee maker. Quite sad. We were asked to take down the bed sheets and covers.

Super locatie! Schone ruime kamer. Ontbijt viel wat tegen, we gingen wat later ontbijten, veel was al op wat niet meer werd aangevuld.

The room was a bit too basic but nice. During the night, however, the room has this buzzing sounds and also it is not sound proof from outside noise. The bathroom is clean. The location is very central. The restaurant is amazing. In general, the stay was okay.

Clean room and friendly staff. I liked that the property and rooms were environmentally conscious.

De kamer lijkt wel gevangenis.. geen daglicht - kan geen raam open dus vies benauwd op de kamer. Moet zelf je bed op maken geen beker of glas om slokje water te drinken en Handschoenen moet je ook nog apart halen en af rekenen.. 3x3.50..!? waarvan ook nog 1 kapot is !!! Ontbijt 9.50.. blauwe gekookte eieren.. vuil bestek en borden. En weinig keuze! Kortom voor 300 euro voor 1 nacht mag je wel meer verwachten. Wij gaan hier nooit meer heen. Maar locatie aan de Neude is wel super.

Amazing location right in the middle of everything yet completely quiet at night. No frill but comfortable size room with tall ceiling and huge windows with the view! Bring your own hair dryer though.

Ett bra ställe för barnen. Massa kul o göra ute. Sen är ju hostel lite sämre sovupplevelse. Men på det stora hela ett jättebra ställe! Stort plus till den fina frukosten!

Great location but gets really loud on the weekends in the plaza it faces - tourists/students partying in the streets till 4am so make sure you take a pair of the free earplugs they hand out. Close to the canals the tower and a 10 minute walk to the station - everything you need. Front desk staff really nice and welcoming. The connecting 5th restaurant is a decent (if overpriced) spot.

Great one night stay with everything that we needed: a comfortable bed, free storage space for our luggage upon arrival (and before check-in), a central location.

Walked in and noticed windows did not open. We went out to have something to eat. When we came back in our room we had to go downstairs to talk to front desk saying there was absolutely INSUFFICIENT AIRFLOW IN ROOM maintaining basic quality and promoting a healthy living environment. Seemed air exchanger located near ceiling was not working. Staff went downstairs to get us a cheap tripod fan which was very VERY noisy. How smart !! WILL NEVER NEVER BOOK AGAIN WITH STAYOKAY ! NEXT TIME, WE WILL CHECK ROOM BEFORE PAYING STATEMENT BECAUSE THERE IS NO DISCLOSER ON STAYOKAY'S WEBSITE SAYING WINDOWS DO NOT OPEN. ALSO VERY UNSAFE IN CASE OF FIRE ! WHAT A SHAME !

We hadden een 2 persoons kamer met eigen douche. Alles schoon en netjes, personeel is vriendelijk. Ook het ontbijt was goed. Middenin de stad, waar cafés, restaurantjes, winkels en bezienswaardigheden op loopafstand zijn. Superverblijf gehad! Enige minpuntje was dat ze het dak aan het verbouwen waren en de stortkoker bij ons raam was, maar dit is tijdelijk.

Las instalaciones básicas, quizá me equivoque en la reserva y la hice para 4 personas y no familiar, te cobraban aparte toallas, jabón para la regadera, tú preparas tu cama, no te daban ni toalla para el lavabo.

Considering the prices of hotels/hostels in Utrecht and its location, its a pretty good deal. The rooms are barebone but clean and spacious enough (as far as the private ones go). I would stay there again, but keep in mind its no frills!
