Property is placed in an ideal place for easy access. The room was clean, but facilities were not great. The mattress and pillows were of poor quality. The only way to access the drinks tray was by kneeling down, and it was basic. The shower cubicle was a good size, however the electric shower had very poor water pressure, to the point where you needed to spend double the time in the shower to remove the soap. The sink is so small that you cannot clean your teeth without banging your head on the shelf above.

The front entrance was covered in pigeon poo, it looked like the place was not lived in. My attic room & inside where clean but pigeons nesting on roof outside my room, very noisy. I am a contract cleaner in australia so know how clean & tidy accommodation should be. Get rid of the pigeons before someone complains of being bitten by bird lice.

Literally everything was amazing and such a nice stay, beds were actually quite comfy, having the TV on the wall was nice, good storage space. Brilliant. Only bad thing was the bathroom wasn’t suuuper clean; there was blood around the sink drain and little hairs littered around. Other than that, brilliant.

Gostei muito. Fácil de achar, bem localizado, numa rua tranquila, a minutos do promenade. Tudo muito limpo e bem organizado. Cozinha com o que se precisa. Eu tive dificuldade com o chuveiro. É necessário puxar uma cordinha do teto antes de entrar no chuveiro. O sistema de código numérico pra porta funcionou perfeitamente.

The property lists “free on site parking”. It has 10 units. There are 2 parking spaces at the rear where last one in has to be the first one out. This is a neighborhood row house and we found no parking on the street. The property provides instructions for a car park a 10 minute walk away that costs 11gb per day. The site page shows a “sea view”. Of the 10 units, maybe 3 of them have “kind of” this view. Reality is that it is three blocks from the water. Free on-site parking is a “must have” for me. Had I known the parking situation I would never have booked this place. Also, it has a “virtual front desk” which means there is no in-person to talk with. Yes, it states that in the description, but I will never book one of these arrangements again. Kudos to Expedia who did communicate with me multiple times when I pointed out the parking issues. They were empathetic and gave me some KeyCash for the inconvenience I suffered. I encouraged them to have the owner correct the discrepancies in the description regarding parking and location. The property itself, assuming everything worked as described, was OK. I would not call it a convenient location. There are limited options for nearby dining. One thing for sure . . . to me it was NOT a “Seascape”!

Nice location, clean room and bathroom

Check in was easy and our room was big. Location was good. We enjoyed our stay at this property.

The room was clean and very small. It was very hot in the room and there was no fan. The window opened to an alley that was dirty and there was a lot of noise in the alley. The bed and pillows weren’t the best.

It's a terraced house and to get to some rooms you need to carry your luggage up steep stairs. There is no outside photo of the property on the website. Location is ok, parking can be problematic especially if it is raining. Shared kitchen. Most equipment available but not all. Shower on the top floor was rather weak.

Such a lovely place ..clean ,all is organized ,parking available ,dinning area ,we made good use of the washing machine and the cooking appliances and utensils...feels soo good ...jus near the sea ,restaurants and shops are nearby

The keyless entry was great, the property was spotless and the use of a kitchen, ironing board and a seating area was a real bonus.The location was great as it was a short walk from the sea front, restaurants and shops plus a short drive from plenty of attractions.

Really big modern room, great there was a fridge in the room. convenient to town and located close to promenade. would definitely re-visit. clean bed and sofa bed comfy, handy to have a kitchen as well.

Good location off seafront. Renovated property. My room was a single on the top floor. Skylight but no view. Clean, all amenities. There is no host. Access code required for entry. Feels a bit impersonal. I didn't meet any other guests. Maybe this is not for everyone. Otherwise, fine. Good value.

I had to visit Penzance as my cousin passed away. I travelled alone and found the property easily. Parked across the road, Code to get in was great, Room bright, clean and warm. Spacious. Room to hang clothes, Fridge for snacks I had with me, Shower lovely and hot. Big TV with plenty of channels. Best bit was the bed. I suffer with back and many times if I stay away I always have backache by the morning. No backache all week.The only problem I had was I could not connect to the Wi Fi. It wasn't a necessity for me. Thank you Seascape I will book again in the summer as need to go back to Penzance. KY
