great location. centrally licated for all downtown Vienna. rooms are large and very comfortable. will recommend to everyone.

Great location. Outdated room but overall good.

Once one "north american" person gets over the first impression of an "european apartment" the place is very convenient and has many advantages. The location is right downtown, has a kitchenet where you can basically cook your own food if that's what you want. The place is clean, and the staff is vacuum and cleaning every day. Sometimes there is some noise from the internal court but nothing major.

This was a great location for walking to most places in Vienna.

Hotel encompasses selected rooms within an apartment building. Outstanding central location near Opera, Karlsplatz, ring road, and city center pedestrian shopping and dining zone. Interior decor is a bit dated, but good value for location.

While very unassuming from the outside, this hotel is a little gem right in the centre of all the activities. Very close to the opera, the metro and shopping and restaurants. Staff are very friendly and they keep the rooms very clean. There are some stairs to navigate and the elevator is a bit slow and small, but loved the hotel.

One of the nicest boutique hotels we have ever stayed at. Beautiful old Austrian decor. You could not ever find closer location to everything. Hop on hop off bus right out the door, abundant food mètres away and shopping steps away. Highly recommend

La struttura si trova in una posizione strategica, molto vicina alla metro e al corso principale. Si sviluppa su un piano di un condominio. Ci sono molti locali nella zona. Servizio cordiale, parlano tutti in inglese. Solo un signore alla reception mixava inglese e tedesco. La camera era in stile settecentesco, molto pulita anche se con la moquette. Nel complesso era molto carina. Bagno nuovo, l’unica pecca è stata la rottura della caldaia, per cui abbiamo dovuto attendere l’intervento del tecnico prima di farci una bella doccia calda. Non c’era l’aria condizionata, ma ci hanno dato un pinguino. Complessivamente ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo

Pension Suzanne is an older hotel conveniently located near the Opera House, making it an ideal choice for first-time visitors to Vienna like us. The decor offers a charming glimpse of Vienna’s past, which I really appreciated. The air conditioning was a welcome relief during the particularly warm days of our stay. Our room was cleaned daily, and while guest services aren’t available around the clock, I truly valued the warm, personal greetings we received each time we passed the reception. Considering the price, I found it excellent value and would gladly stay here again on a future visit to Vienna.

Konumu çok çok iyiydi.Opera binasının hemen karşısında ve hem alışveriş caddesine hemde turistik yerlerin çoğuna yürüme mesafesindeydi.Hergün oda temizleniyordu.Bu fiyat bulunabilecek en güzel pansiyondu.

This was a cute little property right by the Opera. It is somewhat of an odd setup and a little outdated, but it was cozy and served all of our needs. It was a great location. Would stay here again.

Comfortable hotel near square of shops and restaurants. The manager is very nice. Umbrellas available to loan for rainy days. Few steps away from a delicious cafe. Walking distance to a lot of sites.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well appointed. The only downside to our room was a lack of spaces to put our luggage.

Quiet traditional and cosy pension, fabulously placed 2 minutes from the opera house. Helpful staff. Room very comfortable, clean and warm. Good shower/wifi and there’s a lift for upper floors. Its not a modern hotel with loads of extra facilities but I don’t want /need that. They look after cases after check out and provide tea/coffee in the room.
