We loved our stay in this wonderful lodge on a beautiful rural property, conveniently close to Mahone Bay. Very friendly, helpful host, and comfortable nicely decorated rooms. We highly recommend and would love to return one day.

Frauke was the perfect host. Excellent guide to the area and extremely welcoming. The room was well equipped, quiet, and had an enormous bed! Even though, formally, breakfast isn’t served there is fresh coffee, yoghurt and granola. Mahone Bay is beautiful, with its iconic churches. We had very good meals at Rebecca’s and the Naked Oyster.

We had a lovely stay at the lodge. The room and grounds are splendid. Our Hosts we very helpful, and they provided us with great tips for where to go and what to do in the area. It is a peaceful place. We will recommend it to our friends and family

We liked the quiet and the privacy of the property. Salt water was close. Hostess was friendly and informative of the area. We thought the price was high, especially as it did not include breakfast. However, coffee and wafer were free and timely in the morning.

The accommodations were excellent. Very clean and wonderfully decorated. The staff were like coming home to family. Such wonderful inviting people. I strongly recommend this place to everyone

Beautiful renovated farmhouse just outside of Mahone Bay. Front porch overlooks the river. Spacious rooms. Wonderful hosts and a great get away for singles, couples or families. The family suite is perfect when travelling with kids with two bedrooms and attached bathroom - something that is rare to find at a B&B.
