Great service!

Staff was unhelpful when given the problem that there was no parking for us when they told us there was no parking. They were also unwilling to help us locate anything for our vehicle.

Excellent Service

I enjoyed my stay at the Caesar’s. The staff are always very friendly and attentive. The hotel is very accommodating. The the only thing, I believe the hotel is under construction on one side of the hotel. The AC worked perfectly but just had a slight smell of humidity.

Excellent service, very polite and friendly. The hotel is so elegant and beautiful. The room is clean and spacious. The price was just right. I will definitely come back.

Rooms were clean, staff was courteous. They only took cash, no card.

There was a constant smell of sewage in the room. I covered the shower, sink and floor drains with wet towels which seemed to help. Went to the desk Saturday night with the problem and they could not help. I paid for 3 nights but left Sunday morning out of frustration. Another patron that overheard my complaint Saturday night said they were having the same issue with the smell of sewage in their room. The front desk did not offer another room or a credit.
