Das Riad ist sehr schön eingerichtet und wirkt sehr traditionell Marokkanisch. Unser Zimmer war sehr geräumig, mit gut funktionierender Klimaanlage. Es gibt eine tolle Dachterrasse mit Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten, auf welcher jeden Morgen das Frühstück serviert wird. Das Frühstück wurde direkt an den Tisch serviert und bestand jeden Tag aus unterschiedlichen Sachen, die immer sehr lecker waren. Es war alles sehr sauber und die Mitarbeitenden waren alle super freundlich und hilfsbereit, egal zu welcher Tageszeit und mit welchen Anliegen. Vom Flughafen aus sollte man einen Shuttle nehmen, da das Riad etwas versteckt liegt und wir keine öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel in der Nähe gesehen haben. Sobald man aber angekommen ist, liegt das Riad sehr zentral in der Medina, sodass man diese sehr gut zu Fuß erkunden und alles gut erreichen kann. Obwohl das Riad nur 2 Querstraßen von einer kleinen Einlaufstraße entfernt liegt, bekommt man von dieser geräuschmäßig im Hotel selbst gar nichts mit. Geräusche machen allerdings insbesondere die kleinen Vögel, die morgens durch das offene Dach ins Riad fliegen. Unser Zimmer war sehr hellhörig, wodurch wir die Vögel sehr gehört haben, mit Ohrstöpseln war dies aber kein Problem. Insgesamt hatten wir sehr schöne 3 Tage dort und würden auf jeden Fall noch einmal wiederkommen bei unserem nächsten Marrakesch Besuch!

Although check in was very difficult the property is beautiful. The cleaning ladies are amazing and so friendly which helped ease any difficulties we encountered.

D'abord l'accueil par Mamadou le soir de notre arrivée : il a été très attentionné et chaleureux avec nous, et nous a donné de nombreux et précieux conseils tout au long de notre séjour. Le cadre est merveilleux : typique et très classe. Les chambres sont spacieuses, bien aménagées et les lits sont très confortables. Cerise sur le gâteau : leur cuisinière Naéma, un vrai cordon bleu! Du petit déjeuner (ses crêpes sont incroyables), au dîner (l'agneau était dé-li-cieux, et le couscous au poulet, un vrai régal, sans parler de l'assortiment de pâtisseries marocaines). Nos papilles ont voyagé à travers les saveurs du Maroc. Un seul regret : n'y avoir passé que 3 nuits! Nous avons trouvé notre pied à terre à Marrakech !

The building and rooms are very nice, but the manager was quite unkind and rude. While the women employees were very sweet and service-oriented, the male manager had very poor manners. He was dismissive and short. Rather than explaining what is needed or giving context, he simply says things like “you haven’t paid.” We asked him to schedule a taxi for us and he set the hour incorrectly despite multiple confirmations on our end. When we arrived at our agreed upon time, he was very angry and rude, expressing that we had left the taxi driver waiting for an hour. When we expressed that this was the time we had asked for a taxi, he said nothing and brought us to the car angrily.

Nice Riad, in a convenient location in Médina to restaurants and not too far from a drop off point that you have to drag your bags a long ways. The staff was friendly and hot tea awaited our arrival. We had to leave early so missed the breakfast, but they provided us with a to go bag. Very nice !

The property was nice but it didn’t look quite like the pictures everything seemed larger than what it actually was. Breakfast was decent and the staff were nice and provided good suggestions for dining. Location was great.

Lovely. Not the location they had on Google which is a sham as that’s how I found them initially. They also said their card machine “wasn’t working” when we went to pay at the end which was annoying as we were told we could pay by card. They were good about vegan food for my partner. Our room was on the ground floor so didn’t feel like we had much privacy. The pool is lovely and the rooftop is nice. They organised an airport pick up for us which was nice. €18 though when our return cost half that.

We stayed at Riad Argan for a vacation trip for 4 nights and enjoyed our stay. Excellent staff and location. Everyone was very friendly. The location is close to all tourist attractions. We would definitely stay there again and would recommend them to others.

Pros: Sofia es una excelente host, te sientes muy cómodo y te ayuda en todo lo que necesites, desde una sim hasta una reservación, te da recomendaciones etc. las habitaciones son amplias, con aire acondicionado, limpias y cómodas. El desayuno es muy rico y esta cerca de la plaza de la Medina. Tienes todo alcance. Contras: La ubicación de Google Maps no coincide pero te comunicas fácil con el hotel para que te dé la ubicación exacta. Como sabemos la entrada a los Riads son por callejuelas, no está bonito, pero es seguro.

Was met by owner at nearby taxi station and escorted to the property. Mint tea and snacks on arrival, then explanation on local area and things to see. Beautiful room and Riad , excellent fresh breakfasts. Personality plus and very humble! Location is absolutely perfect. Highly recommended. I will definitely return.

Outstanding hotel centrally located in the middle of the Medina. Friendly and attentive staff that makes the experience fantastic.

Es un Riad acogedor, muy céntrico, muy bonito y limpio, las habitaciones son grandes y están muy bien decoradas, el baño moderno, por si fuera poco el personal es encantador. Sin duda, si volvemos a Marrakesh nos alojaremos allí.

Or stay at the Riad was perfect for our trip. Host greeted us upon arrival with a nice cup of tea and provided allot of information on places to go and how to get there. The room was comfortable and beautiful. I thoroughly enjoyed the stay and would recommend!

The Riad Argan was perfect for my daughter and I on our first visit to Morocco! Very safe, clean and comfortable. The staff couldn’t been more helpful and welcoming. We felt vey much a part of the local scene.. Marrakech what an amazing, exotic place. We were helped to arrange a walking tour of the city, find great places to eat and a fabulous day trip to the Atlas Mountains area where we hiked to waterfalls, rode camels and ate lunch with locals. I heartily recommend visiting Marrakech and most certainly staying at the Riad Argan.
