Amazing staff but sadly none of the restaurants were open and we hear they are closing. We still loved it! It’s a beautiful prop

Encuentro was amazing. The staff was super helpful and friendly. Catered ti our every need at all hours of the day. Absolutely loved this place.

There was a strong drainage smell coming from the bathroom. We had to open the windows, but because of the warm weather we couldn't keep them open for too long as the A/C would be worthless. At some point in the morning the A/C stopped working. The timing of transportation was an issue ... it took about 15-20 minutes.

We loved our stay here. It was gorgeous and everyone was wonderful. We'll be back!

Nature and peaceful

Excellent todo, ideal para un escape con la Pareja. En la noche las Estrella’s junto con la fogata es muy spiritual. Recomiendo total!

STAY AWAY!!!! This is basically glorified camping—and not in a cute way. You can’t drive up to your room; instead, you have to take a bumpy shuttle every time you need to go anywhere. Forgot something in your car? Need to go to the lobby? Shuttle. The property *is* beautiful, but our experience in Room 2 was incredibly disappointing—and absolutely not worth the nearly 400 USD a night price tag. After dinner, we noticed a strong sulfur/rotten egg smell outside… and then realized it had made its way into the room. It was so bad it made us dizzy. We had to open all the windows and sleep in the cold. When we contacted staff, they sent someone who sprayed air freshener and poured something down a drain—but he also admitted this issue happens *often* in certain rooms. That was incredibly frustrating and concerning. The next morning, things got worse. We waited over an hour for breakfast, never received our food, and had to leave for a wine tasting without eating—or even having time to get ready. We ended up checking out early. While they refunded the second night and gave us a bottle of wine, we were still charged full price for the night we spent breathing in noxious fumes. For a known issue, that’s just unacceptable. Don't waste your money.

This hotel (one of the first eco-boutiques in Valle) has held up well. The service is excellent and the grounds are stunning, especially over the hill where the "lofts" are located. A great place to disappear for the weekend.

Muy buena atención de todo el personal

Ofrece una buena vista durante el día pero sin sombra por lo que es difícil aprovecharla. En la noche no se aprecia tanto la vista por la contaminación lumínica que tiene el valle actualmente. La habitación es en extremo pequeña y cero privacidad para el baño. Me parece demasiado cara para lo poco que ofrece en instalaciones. Me parece que lo que cobran es la vista que solo se disfruta bajo el intenso sol.

Normal. Gran vista. Incómodo salir y entrar de la habitación. Pésimo servicio después de las 5pm. Complicado el tema de comunicación.

I liked the security and the seclusion at the same time. I am very impressed with all of the lodging aspects. It maybe simple but the hot water was great.
