Hotel situé un peu en dehors du Centre ville mais proche. Lieu calme, propre et sécurité. La chambre etait grande. Par contre, travaux à côté.

Had a lovely stay at Florum Hotel, hotel was clean and room serviced everyday. A slightly funny smell in the bedroom, not sure what it was. Breakfast was good, continental style with fresh boiled and fried eggs. Hotel in a good location, around 20 min walk to the main attractions of Vienna, the area of hotel is nice, safe, but limited places to eat, great Chinese at the end of the street if you turn right out of the hotel, other choices were, kebab, polish and McDonalds. Enjoyed our stay and will stay again if I’m ever in Vienna.

Fint budget hotel, godt til prisen, beliggenhed i top ift Messe konferencer (2 stop U Bahn). Usædvanligt store gode værelser ift budget hotel. Personale til gengæld ikke særlig kvik eller serviceminded. Bydelen er skøn og interessant.

Wir können dieses Hotel nicht als 4 Sterne Hotel weiter empfehlen. Derzeit befindet sich auch direkt an dem Hotel eine große Baustelle, auf die nicht hingewiesen wurde. Man wird bereits morgens um kurz nach sieben durch lauten Baustellenlärm geweckt. Das Badezimmer entspricht nur einem 2-Sterne Hotel (Schimmel an den Fliesen, kaum Platz zwischen WC und Waschbecken, keine Ablagemöglichkeiten, blickdichtes Fenster direkt über der Badewanne, die als Dusche genutzt wird). Es befand sich noch Dreck hinter dem Beistellbett und die Matratze vom Beistellbett ist auch viel zu dünn. Das freundliche Personal hat sich bei der Zubereitung des Frühstücks sehr viel Mühe gegeben, es war alles sehr schön angerichtet und es wurde auch zügig aufgefüllt, allerdings enspricht die Auswahl auch hier nicht einem 4-Sterne Hotel. Es gab z.B. kein normales Brot, sondern nur Baguette, Minibrötchen und Toast. Hier kann man sich nur wundern, woher die guten Bewertungen für dieses Hotel kommen.

The place had no amenities was very noisy the rooms were big but really not a great layout and very disappointing bathroom

Die Bilder im Internet sind irreführend. Das Hotel, vor allem die Bäder, sind ungepflegt und schmutzig, die Abflüsse sind nicht sauber. Die Einrichtung ist stark abgenutzt und ist offensichtlich lange nicht erneuert worden. Die Bäder sind innenliegend und zum Teil stark geruchsbelastet. Der Frühstücksraum ist ohne Fenster, das Speisenangebot eher dürftig. Es gibt keinen entkoffeinierten Kaffee. Das Hotel so nicht betrieben werden.

We had an amazing stay at the Florum hotel!

The staff at the front desk of the hotel were incredible! Easy check in, we got in early! And we were looking for bowls and cutlery which they happily brought to our room. The room was nice and comfortable and had everything we needed. The only downside was the distance from the main sights, and in the evenings (on a Tuesday so it’s to be expected) there wasn’t much to eat or drink. Vienna is beautiful, and the hotel was sufficient for our short stay.

La habitación cumple para descansar, pero por el precio creo que los cuartos pudieran estar un poco mejor. Además no nos brindaron las cortesías incluidas, tuvimos vaso sucio en la habitación. La comida del desayuno estuvo bien, el personal fue amable.

We had a wonderful stay at the Florum Hotel. The location is very central, and you can reach all the main sights in the city center within a few minutes on foot. Our room was spacious and very clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

zentrale Lage, gutes, dem Preis angemessenes Frühstück. Zimmer zumindest im Standardbereich in die Jahre gekommen was grundsätzlich nicht schlimm ist, sofern alles funktioniert. Klimaanlage war defekt und wurde auch nicht behoben. Da das Hotel direkt an der Straße incl Trambahn liegt ist Schlafen mit gekipptem Fenster nicht möglich. Die Dusche im Bad war sehr klapprig und man musste permanent Angst haben, den Duschkopf in der Hand zu haben. Dies alles wiegt die sehr zentrale Lage nicht auf. Fazit, Preis und Leistung passen nicht zusammen.

The hotel is in a good location, there is a tram in the street and the metro station is less than a five minute walk. The room was spotlessly clean and the staff are lovely, very helpful. We did have some issues with the room though. It was a 'standard' room and we weren't expecting 5 star luxury but it was on the top floor in the roof and the room slanted quite steeply. One if us needed to stoop down to get into bed and I did actually hit my head at one point. There was a fridge in the room which was great but it was quite noisy. It emitted a tinkling hum constantly and intermittently made a cracking/popping sound that was quite loud especially at night when trying to get to sleep. Also, there was no proper shower in the bathroom - also sloped. Whilst it wouldn't be possible to have a shower curtain, a screen could have gone across the bath halfway allowing guests to have a shower standing up. The shower holder rail was coming away from the wall and trying to wash hair without flooding the bathroom was a nightmare. I wouldn't say 'don't stay there' but it would be advisable to check the facilities you can expect beforehand.

Bien ubicado pero le falta mantenimiento, las instalaciones son viejas y algo sucias aunque la ropa de cama estaba limpia, considerando que estuve en otros hoteles de similar precio pero en condiciones muy superiores tanto en Suiza como en Alemania, comparado con los de precio similar creo que si está caro para las pobres condiciones que ofrece.

I think the property hotel should be renovated it is to old , smell and definitely you need to have cameras in each floor. The room was okay. Inna

Its location is great! I could very easily get the metro or walk to the city, loved it.
