Lovely, helpful staff and easy check-in/check-out. Great location, close to U-Bahn station and shops. Very modern reception area. Room also modern, apart from the bathtub and some minor things in the room made us feel like it was a little short of 4 star (shower head rubber had worn away, so it wouldn’t stay high enough for us to get under it, toilet seat didn’t fit to end of the toilet rim, small patch where tiles had broken replaced with just grout) - minor things, didn’t affect our stay/enjoyment.

We had a great stay at the hotel! The location was perfect you can walk to the city center in just a few minutes, and there is an underground station and tram line close by. The room was big, clean, and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly. We would stay here again!

Trevligt vid första anblick men ostädat. Badrummet känns mycket gammalt. Airconditionen funkade inte och även fast vi bad om hjälp varje dag gällande den så fick vi ingen hjälp, så vi fick sova med öppna fönster vilket man inte ska behöva göra för det vi betalade. Vi fick aldrig tillräckligt med stora handdukar utan kunde få en stor och tre små ansiktshanddukar, alltid olika för varje dag efter städningen. Överlag inte särskilt bra för den pengen.

I arrived to the hotel at 8:30pm and I was not able to be checked in/given my room until almost 10pm. There were also 10 other people waiting to be checked in. There was a gas leak in the hotel and some guy was yelling in the lobby. I am a girl traveling alone and I felt borderline unsafe. After waiting for so long I was almost going to cut my losses and try to find another accommodation. But after traveling more than 24 hours I just wanted to take a good shower and put my head to a nice clean pillow. It was not the hotels fault for the disorderly guest and leak, but they could have handled it much better. It’s not normal to keep people waiting in a lobby for an hour to have a telling match with a guest. Truly the most horrible experience I’ve had to this date. I gave two stars to be nice because the room itself was decent and matched the photos.

Photos on booking site bears no resemblance to reality. Moved rooms because of dirty smelly condition of first room, second no better. Refused a refund to go elsewhere. No housekeeping during stay. All public areas apart from reception were dismal. Avoid.

Ich war geschäftlich in der Stadt. Die Hotellage war optimal: nah am Stadt- aber auch am Messezentrum. Die Abläufe im Hotel waren relativ effizient und insgesamt fand ich das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ok. Mein Zimmer war auf die Strasse gelegen und sehr ringförmig. Das Hotel empfand ich als etwas lieblos und teilweise auch schmuddelig. Für eine private Reise wäre es mir zu unpersönlich.

The hotel was rundown with no housekeeping at any point during our stay. The shower was poor, and the sink tap sprayed water everywhere. Beds were uncomfortable with just one pillow each. Safety was a concern—arriving late, I got a room key from the receptionist without any identity check (I just mentioned the room number), making it feel unsafe to leave belongings in the room. Overall, a huge letdown. We should’ve checked Google reviews first.

It’s not really a hotel more a series of tiny rooms around an enormous lift shaft in need of serious maintenance. The carpets in the corridors needed changing a good few years ago. The bathroom was in a very poor state , lots of holes in tiles and a socket hanging off the wall. A rather depressing experience

Pas mal de points négatifs concernant cet établissement :
La salle de bain est assez vétuste et le ménage n’était pas fait à fond.
Mais surtout l’hôtel n’est pas insonorisé, ce qui fait qu’au cours de 2 nuits nous avons été réveillés par des clients qui se comportaient comme s’ils étaient seuls. La première par un groupe de jeunes rentrant de boîtes de nuit, musique à fond dans le couloir et dans leurs chambres, qui de surcroît fumaient du canabis. Ce qui fait que quand mon mari est sorti pour leur demander d’arrêter la musique, à 5h du matin, l’odeur de canabis s’est répandue dans notre chambre…
Seconde nuit, des enfants qui hurlaient et jouaient à 22h15 dans le couloir, claquaient les portes etc… Les parents les laissaient faire… Cette fois nous avons appelé la réception.
Bref il faut insonoriser et rendre les portes opaques car la nuit quand le couloir est allumé il fait jour dans la chambre…

The hotel was ok. Room was clean but the bathroom and corridors need updating. Also all the noises from the corridors can be heard in the room. Breakfast was also ok even though we expected a little better because of the price. It is a shortish walk from the city center to the hotel. We also faced a little problems getting our luggage from the luggage room when leaving to the airport as there were no members of the staff present at the reception and nobody answered the telephone.

Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt sehr positiv. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit, offen und freundlich. Das Zimmer war zwar klein, aber vollständig und sehr sauber.
Die Lage ist nicht zentral, aber mit der U-Bahn gut erreichbar. In der Umgebung gibt es viele normale legere Restaurants mit guter Qualität und kein Touristen-Nepp.
Ich würde dort wieder buchen.
