Very close to tram and metro station

bad service, bad hotel, everything was bad

The staff were very kind and helpful. My room was spacious and clean. I could walk into the inner stadt and St. Stephen’s Cathedral in 15-20 minutes. If necessary the tram went right past the hotel and the U-Bahn line #2 was only two blocks away.

Odada çok fazla eksik vardı.Sabunluklar bile doldurulmamıştı. Kahve makinesi bile yoktu. Granül kahveyi de sadece ilk gün koymuşlardı

There was a combination of many littles things. I went with a friend and we found the door room opened and window blinds. After lodging complaints we weren’t really provided with an explanations. The room wasn’t that confortable, the duvet was rarely big enough to cover up and the bedding had just one pillow with no pillow case. There was construction work and made rest uneasy The lady at the check-in was great. Service amazing, The location is walkable to the city center.

Værelset var trist og ucharmerende - vi havde ikke lyst til at opholde os på det. Ingen knager til overtøj, ingen bænke til kufferter. Værelset var skramlet og slidt. Opgradering til superior room var til grin. Rengøring blev glemt en af dagene og de andre foregik den mellem 16 og 18, det tidspunkt hvor man oftest holder pause inden aftensmad. Så desværre kommer vi ikke igen.

Et fint Hotel. Gode senge. I morgenmads restaurant var en frygtelig akustik, det rungede meget voldsomt når der er flere

Il bagno era sporco, piccolo e molto trascurato. Non c'era nessun kit (cuffia, dentifricio, spazzolino, ciabatte) in dotazione e quando per 2 volte siamo scese in reception a chiederlo ci hanno detto che ce lo avrebbero fatto trovare in camera ma in entrambi i casi non è stato così. La colazione veramente povera e di scarsissima qualità.

Te weinig stoelen in de eetruimte div.tafels zonder stoelen. In de nacht veel storend geluid van afvoerwater van bovenliggende etages.

Hotel maravilhoso, incrivelmente bem localizado, quarto confortável e banheiro espaçoso. Único problema que tivemos foi uma obra que estava tendo no prédio ao lado e iniciava às 7 da manhã bem na nossa janela. Reclamamos na recepção e não nos efervesceram um outro quarti

2 stars awarded. Good location and clean. 3 stars deducted. Room quality was sub par and similar to very budget hotels. General smell of cigarette smoke throughout the building. Customer service is the main issue. Having paid up front for my 4 night stay, I informed the hotel I was going to be a day late in arriving due to a flight cancellation. I received no response. On arrival, my room had been allocated to another person and I was obliged to take an upgraded room for which I was charged an additional €65. I felt this was a shameless cash grab despite having paid over €500 for my stay. For that reason I would avoid staying here again. situation

Filthy and dirty. Spots on mirror, bed, floor and walls.
