Lovely, helpful staff and easy check-in/check-out. Great location, close to U-Bahn station and shops. Very modern reception area. Room also modern, apart from the bathtub and some minor things in the room made us feel like it was a little short of 4 star (shower head rubber had worn away, so it wouldn’t stay high enough for us to get under it, toilet seat didn’t fit to end of the toilet rim, small patch where tiles had broken replaced with just grout) - minor things, didn’t affect our stay/enjoyment.

We had a great stay at the hotel! The location was perfect you can walk to the city center in just a few minutes, and there is an underground station and tram line close by. The room was big, clean, and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly. We would stay here again!

Overall, I enjoyed my stay. Room was nice, breakfast good, and staff nice. However, I experienced a number of inconveniences:
- Not enough towels
- Not enough hangers
- When i asked for both, they could only find 2 hangers, and the extra towels showed up 2 days later
- I requested and iron/ironing board, but they only had an iron -- I had to find ways of using it safely without the board.
- Finally, one of the days I was there was a holiday. They never told me that breakfast would start later that day, and since I couldn't wait for breakfast to start, I had to go hungry that morning (all the stores and restos were closed too...)

Overall our stay at the hotel was OK. The bedrooms were clean, but not very comfortable. The room was functional but pretty basic - we only had 1 chair to sit on as the sofa bed was being used as a bed. Occasionally we were missing a towel.
We also only arrived to 2 hangers, which was an inconvenience as we stayed here for a week long work trip. Also no iron in the room.
The curtains didn’t fit cover the window completely and the woodwork surrounding the window had a pretty big hole in it.
The breakfast was standard cold buffet with a limited amount of hot food, but became repetitive after several days. The timings for breakfast were a little late for business travel. The breakfast room didn’t have enough chairs to accommodate all guests on a busy Saturday.
It seemed a little odd that the tradesmen doing the renovations also had breakfast there every morning.
It was also hard to communicate some issues to staff due to language barriers.
The hotel’s location worked very well for us as we commuted to the conference centre every day.

I arrived to the hotel at 8:30pm and I was not able to be checked in/given my room until almost 10pm. There were also 10 other people waiting to be checked in. There was a gas leak in the hotel and some guy was yelling in the lobby. I am a girl traveling alone and I felt borderline unsafe. After waiting for so long I was almost going to cut my losses and try to find another accommodation. But after traveling more than 24 hours I just wanted to take a good shower and put my head to a nice clean pillow. It was not the hotels fault for the disorderly guest and leak, but they could have handled it much better. It’s not normal to keep people waiting in a lobby for an hour to have a telling match with a guest. Truly the most horrible experience I’ve had to this date. I gave two stars to be nice because the room itself was decent and matched the photos.

Photos on booking site bears no resemblance to reality. Moved rooms because of dirty smelly condition of first room, second no better. Refused a refund to go elsewhere. No housekeeping during stay. All public areas apart from reception were dismal. Avoid.

The hotel was rundown with no housekeeping at any point during our stay. The shower was poor, and the sink tap sprayed water everywhere. Beds were uncomfortable with just one pillow each. Safety was a concern—arriving late, I got a room key from the receptionist without any identity check (I just mentioned the room number), making it feel unsafe to leave belongings in the room. Overall, a huge letdown. We should’ve checked Google reviews first.

It’s not really a hotel more a series of tiny rooms around an enormous lift shaft in need of serious maintenance. The carpets in the corridors needed changing a good few years ago. The bathroom was in a very poor state , lots of holes in tiles and a socket hanging off the wall. A rather depressing experience

The hotel was ok. Room was clean but the bathroom and corridors need updating. Also all the noises from the corridors can be heard in the room. Breakfast was also ok even though we expected a little better because of the price. It is a shortish walk from the city center to the hotel. We also faced a little problems getting our luggage from the luggage room when leaving to the airport as there were no members of the staff present at the reception and nobody answered the telephone.

At first sight the hotel is lovely until we looked more into it. We definitely didn’t have a ‘city view’ room, from where the hotel is, nobody would have one. Our room had been redecorated but the bathroom had not expect the sink. We had no bin in our room, no cot as requested, an empty bottle of alcohol left in the room, no hairdryer, two single duvets on a double bed and only one room key.
These are only picky things and if you didn’t look for them you wouldn’t notice. The entrance of the hotel has been done out really nicely, the area with the lift still looks extremely worn so hadn’t been touched in the refurb. Couldn’t fault the staff as they were lovely.

The staff are lovely, but the room is tiny and in desperate need of refurbishing. There was a blood stain on the shower curtain, the bed didn’t have top sheets, and there wasn’t enough room between the front of the bed and the wall to walk, so you have to climb over to get to the window on the other side.
