We really appreciated early check in. We were able to check in at 1pm rather than 5pm. Remote check in and out. There were welcome gifts including bottled water for each person for each day of our stay, plus some chips and snacks. That was a lovely touch. The host is very quick to respond. The apartment is close to the train station and only 10 mins from Haneda Airport. We stayed here as we had an early flight out at 6.55 am. However, this was too early for us to catch the train so we ended up paying about $80 AUD for an UBER to the airport which was quite pricey. The apartment itself is very spacious and clean. Three bedrooms, two with 2 double beds and the third has 2 singles. There is a large kitchen, living room and dining room. You need to climb a flight of stairs to access the apartment. There is a washer and dryer which was very convenient. This area felt much different to the hustle and bustle of Shinjuku and Shibuya. It is an area where local Japanese live so you can experience their daily lives. A few places to eat nearby, a big supermarket, 7 Eleven. We enjoyed our time here.

Whole property was clean and offered slippers and many toiletries. Very close to transport (6mins walk) and multiple convenience stores. Only negative thing is that you would have to wait for working hours to contact staff at 2200.

きれいに清掃されており、とても快適に滞在することができました。 調理器具もあるので朝ご飯は自分たちで作って食べてました。 近くにスーパーや、テイクアウト可能なファストフード店が数多くあるのでとても便利です。 洗濯機もあるので最低限の服だけ持って行き、洗濯させてもらってました^^ また東京旅行へ行く際はここを利用しようと思います！ 本当にありがとうございました。

집은 매우 깨끗하고 아늑했어요. 다인원이 이용하기에 좋았습니다. 하지만 입구를 찾기가 쉽지 않았습니다. 그리고 화장실 변기 수압이 매우 약해서 불편했어요. 호스트에게 문제 상황을 이야기했으나 적절한 조치를 취하지 않아서 아쉬웠어요.

Place was great enough for our family of 5. Bathroom needed a little bit more cleaning and had a bit of smell but other than that it was great, close to train station, restaurants and convenience stores
