Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel 6 nuits! Hôtel bien placé dans le beau quartier de covent garden, sur une avenue à 2 minutes du métro Holborn, à 2 stations de la gare St Pancras! Le petit déjeuner était bon. La chambre que l'on avait choisie pour 2 faisait environ 10 m2 mais fonctionnelle. Le hall de l'hôtel est beau et l'accueil y est chaleureux ! Très bons moments passés dans cet hôtel ! Une petite dégustation de vins et de fromages était offerte!

I have stayed here a couple of times when in London. Staff are always very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean. It's in a handy location for Covent Garden and other central London locations.

Rooms are too small

Fantastiskt läge som turist i London. Väldigt trevlig personal, god frukost och rent och snyggt! Sköna sängar och kuddar. Rummet vi bodde på var väldigt litet men det var vi medvetna om och spenderade inte så mycket mer tid än att sova på rummet så det gick alldeles utmärkt!

Tranquillo e centrale. Personale gentile.

Clean, convenient, quiet, but too small room. The prise is quite reasonable.

The hotel is nice, however it is a little confusing when you first walk-in. There is a seating area which made it feel like a restaurant or coffee shop. It’s effectively a hybrid space, and we checked in at the desk in amongst the people eating & drinking. Aside from that, the room was small (as advertised), and therefore you wouldn’t want to do more than 1-2 nights there. Even with a carryon case we were pushed for space. We’ve stayed in similar places and they had a little more in terms of space saving ideas. Would still recommend for a night or two in London.

I loved the location of the hotel. The hotel room itself was verrrryy small but did the job nonetheless. Clean and convenient I will be back for sure.

Z hotels are great for an affordable option, simple but comfy with good amenities

The room was as expected, but what really stod out was the staff. Friendliness and helpfulness was everywhere. That’s why I choose Z hotels over and over again.

Lovely hotel. Highly recommend. Great location for getting around and handy after a night at the theatre to walk back to. Friendly staff. Room was very clean. I would definitely stay again.

John, the manager, was outstanding and really helpful. All the staff were really nice and welcoming. The hotel itself is as advertised, clean and a great concept. Location is great.

A bit pricy for the offer but rest is fine, very helpfull and nice employees

I didn’t like that the room didn’t have enough ventilation. It was really small could barely fit with 2 pple in the room. No hairdryer. Similar size rooms you would find in Asia but you pay in pounds which is the highest currency in the world.

Overall it was great. The room was a little cramped for 4 but worked well. The kids would have liked crispy bacon on the breakfast menu

First and foremost, I was unaware that this was a compact hotel I should’ve read the description thoroughly. I would totally recommend this hotel for a single individual or a couple. However, I was traveling with my husband and my 16 -year-old son upon entering the room. I was in shock on how small it was 150 ft.²,I could not even open my suitcase and lay it flat on the floor the shower was see-through, which was not going to work Seeing that I was sharing a room with my son. The air conditioner was not working. It was extremely hot in the room and we are not allowed to open the windows, I brought this to the attention of the staff, and they were accommodating and able to move us into a slightly larger room the following day ,upon entering the slightly larger room the following day, the air condition was working great and the way that the bed was situated it was blocking the shower glass so this was a better option for a family that does not want to shower in front of each other . The room air condition that wasn’t working was on the ground floor room number six , a friend of mine stayed in this exact room a week prior and had the same complaint of the air conditioning, not working, the OK room that we were moved into was 1006 on the first floor. It was still extremely small but doable for a party of three since we were not spending much time in the room.. again, I want to give praise for the staff helping us make the best of the situation. They were very accommodating.
