We stayed in the Nook room and it was stunning. An absolutely gorgeous property that couldn't have been better located. They left us some fantastic bread and lovely eggs in the property, as well as amazing coffee. It couldn't have been better stocked. The people who run the site are lovely too, breakfast was amazing. Walkable to the lovely village of Ranworth, well situated for trips across the broads, Norfolk, or to Norwich.

Spent a fantastic weekend here The Nook was warm and comfortable and very clean the host's had thought of everything you could need the welcome pack of home made bread, eggs home made granola etc was wonderful would definitely recommend especially if you want to get away from it all so peaceful

We stayed in the Garden Cottage which was very comfortable and well equipped. A lovely property set in a small village a walk away from one of the broads. Highly recommend.

This is the perfect place to stay if you are looking for a spot near the Norfolk Broads. The hosts, Jill and Phil could not have been friendlier and more helpful, and the breakfast is first-rate (they even have a kedgeree option that was truly delicious!). We stayed in the family room in the main house and had lots of space and light, and a very comfy TV-watching space if you need a night in. There is lots to see and many good restaurants and pubs nearby, and the property also has a lovely extensive garden which is a pleasure to walk around. We would definitely stay there again!!

I absolutely loved every minute of staying in this amazing farmhouse with converted barn. It was like being enfolded in comfort. I loved the decor and the attention to detail with the amenities. Jill and Phil were the ideal welcoming but discreet hosts. I would go back any time at the drop of a hat.

Beautiful grounds in a lovely area. Loved the little touches, such as homemade bread, apricot jam and eggs on arrival.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Cotenham Barn, the sympathetically restored buildings and beautiful gardens provided a relaxing, central base for visiting the Norfolk Broads. Our hosts were welcoming and friendly, provided helpful extra touches and a delicious breakfast, while the numerous birds visiting the bird table entertained us!

Excellent break, wish it had been for longer. Setting fabulous, service first class, will be looking to visit again hopefully in the not too distant future.
